CarePlace is an online support community where you can find new friends and chat in real-time with one another. You can also create your own webpage, online journal, or group and so much more! And we can all still post messages and email each other like we have been.

Our Yahoo group isn’t going anywhere, don’t worry! I’d just love for everyone to join CarePlace, look around, and think about the amazing new home we could build together.
