This story has been circulating around Montreal radio for the last week or so.
An initial comment from Ted Bird earlier in the week, when confronted with the
rumour, indicated that the day he went to K-103 would be the day he would get a
Mohawk haircut.

Well, if Cohen's report is accurate, Bird should be in the barber's chair
sometime over the weekend.

There will, no doubt, be a lot more said about this come Monday morning.

If on Monday morning, we hear the new "Java, Ted and Paul" show, or maybe even
the "Ted, Java and Paul" show, one can only wonder about the mandate of the
Native community station. Somewhere out there the spirit of Conway Jocks will no
longer be resting peacefully.
