Hi Larry I think that the software was for XP only so it not that surprising that it's not working with VISTA the software will need an update but I'm not sure

No, if you are using RadioCom 4.5IC. Works with RC 4.5UNI. Check with radiocom@... directly, the US support center. Cord, DL8FAI ... location, ...
