racchabanDa is a discussion group available to everybody interested in Telugu culture.
racchabanDa aims to be a place for people to gather and have friendly discussions in an amicable atmosphere regarding various aspects of Telugu culture including language, literature, arts and history.
Discussions about politics, caste and religion are permitted only to the extent of academic discussions regarding their place in Telugu culture and history, and posters are requested to be extremely sensitive to the potential incendiary nature of these topics. Discussions of contemporary politics, caste and religion are specifically excluded from the scope of this group.
