This is a forum for all parents practicing attachment parenting regardless of race and religion interested in raising their daughters to be strong, confident women. We will discuss issues of health, education, spirituality (Christian, Pagan, etc.), discipline, self-esteem, etc. Men joining should be prepared for detailed discussions about menstruation, sexuality, etc. The presence of men will not inhibit these discussions. You should practice attachment parenting to some degree. You should be prepared to raise your daughter to break stereotypical molds currently set for women in our society. If you are interested in keeping girls in stereotypical "traditional" roles and not raising them to choose these paths on their own, you need not join.
