3. You are willing to participate with integrity and are respectful of, and toward, other designer's talents, methods and visions.

CODE OF CONDUCT: 'Flaming' of members as the result of a post, whether done publicly on-list, or as a private email will not be tolerated and may result in immediate banning by the list owner. The decision to ban is at the sole discretion of the list owner.
