Do you find writing an addiction, sometimes painful or pleasureable, but always hard work?

We are a community of writers seeking to grow, always climbing to higher skill levels. We meet in writing groups at Border Book stores in Canton Michigan. Come to our meetings and then be entered into this group.

Points of Interest:

1. We share pieces for focused critiques for the purpose of honing our skills.


2. We conduct mini-workshops on author crafts based on request. Some areas included are: narrative voice, dialogue, character, imagery, and revision.


3. Whether an amature or professional, experimenting or preparing for publication, write fiction, poetry, or non-fiction, we all share a serious love for the written word. We support and encourage each other in ways that non-authors can not do.


4. Make full use of the facilities as a member by registering after attending our on site meetings. Attendance to on-site meetings is required for membership to this listserv.
