Queeruption has happened in London, New York, San Francisco, Berlin, Amsterdam and soon in Barcelona. Every Queeruption is a little different from the last one, shaped by the people who plan it, the community that makes it happen and the possibilities of each new location.

In Sydney, we now meet weekly to coordinate the organising of this gathering. Please email information@queeruption.org if you want to know when these meetings are.

We have formed working groups to organise all the things that we think need to happen. There is a working group just waiting for you to join it! Working Groups include Accessibility & Grievances, Actions, Art, Bar, Building, Children, Coordinating, Dogsbody, Dress-up, Entertainment, Film, Food, Health, Information, Legal & Security, Transport and Workshops. Hopefully some of them are self-explanatory. If not, just ask the list. We actively ENCOURAGE you to get involved and help make it a space you would like to be in!!!
