queer as we wanna be is a space to connect and create community for Detroit-Ferndale-Ann Arbor mid-20's to early 30's grrls. Everyone I know complains that the cool queer women in their 20s must be hiding under rocks... or at home... This is a space to come out and be whoever you are, whether you want to venture beyond the internet to meet folks or whether you'd rather stay under your rock but want to know that things are going on!
