How many times have you heard about an interesting fete, concert or play after the event? Well that has happened often to me, so I decided to do something about it. I've formed an on-line community site with the principal object of informing the residents of events in the Lot and Garonne.
The site provides a notice board and a calendar of events and will email reminders to subscribers in advance of the events. In addition there's a place for photographs, a database of recommended restaurants and a list of useful Internet links, as well as the ability to share information with other members. It is for everyone in 47, not just British ex-pats.
