The SRL QuickSilver QS1R receiver is one of the most advanced Direct Digital Conversion (DDC) receiver boards on the market today. It features a LTC2208 125 MSPS 16 bit "at the antenna" ADC from Linear Technologies and an Altera Cyclone 3 FPGA. The QS1R covers the frequency range of 10 kHz to 62 MHz. Connectivity to the PC is through a high speed USB 2.0 interface.

The SRL QS1R features expandability with an I2C and SPI/Microwire expansion bus.

The SRL QS1R group was created to provide a general discussion forum for the QS1R Receiver and the accompanying SDRMAX SDR software application.
