Description
In 1991 I was Secretary for the Eugene Chapter of the American Morse Telegraph Club. We four of us had just finished a demo at a model train show at the Lane County Fairgrounds in Eugene, Oregon. We are Vic Seeburger, W7VSE, Scott Laughlin, N7NET, SK (forgotten his name and call) Dave Philips, WB7VSN.
