that's msa hard varnish...u cure it in the oven (on just "warm") then let it dry for ten minutes...i heard it's only in gallon size and a bit expensive, though...

i use vaseline petroleum jelly to get it off. it takes like 5 minutes of rubbing it on, sometimes it needs done twice, but it works...then wash the petroleum...
