This group is open to all those born, or with roots, or with relatives from Daet, Basud,
Mercedes, Talisay, Vinzons, San Vicente, San Lorenzo Ruiz, Labo, Paracale, Panganiban (Mambulao & Larap), Capalonga, Sta Elena, & all barangays. This is open also to
those who studied there, transients, visitors, tourists, those by affinity or marriage & friends and sympathizers, although not from there, are nevertheless, with memories & kindred hearts for the province.
