Welcome to PTGchat.

This group is dedicated to open, robust discussion of issues related to Park Terrace Gardens. To create an atmosphere that promotes that goal, a list of basic ground rules has been posted, similar to what you might find in most well-run discussion forums. Rule #1 -- the "prime directive" -- is "No name calling, personal attacks, violent threats, verbal harassment, or overly aggressive behavior against other shareholders -- including members of the Board of Directors. This rule also applies to these types of attacks on employees of the management company or Park Terrace Gardens Inc." Such behavior is very disruptive and makes it difficult to maintain the proper atmosphere for communication and discussion.
