Although there are existing groups and forums for psychoanalysis and others for psychotherapy, there has hitherto been none which seeks to bring together people interested in the psychoanalytic approach as employed in analysis, psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychodynamic counselling, where the counsellor works in the transference. This eGroup is designed to foster communication across those three communities, both in theory and in practice. I hope subscribers will draw the eGroupÃÔ attention to interesting publications and offer essays and reviews to the Vault (web site) and intersting links to other relevant groups and web sites. The intention is to facilitate communication, and messages should be offered in that spirit. Disagreement is fine, but sectarianism is not welcome.
