Police Service Area 3 (PSA3) is one half of Area 2 in central Oakland, and is bounded by Lake Merritt on the west, 23rd Avenue on the east, the Estuary on the south, and the Piedmont city limit on the north, and includes Adams Point.

18Y: Manzanita
19X: San Antonio

The PSA3 Yahoo Group has been established to facilitate communication between the PSA3 residents and the Oakland Police Department (OPD), City Council Members, the Mayor, and other city staff in order to solve problems and address public safety issues.

Recent OPD layoffs in July 2010 have eliminated crimes that OPD will respond to, as well as eliminating the officers previously assigned to work directly with neighborhood groups.
