BIO: STEVEN E. JONES -
Steven Earl Jones was a professor of physics at BYU who conducted
research in nuclear fusion and solar energy. In 1973, Jones earned his
bachelors degree in physics, magna cum laude with honors, from Brigham
Young University, and his PhD in physics from Vanderbilt University in
1978. Jones conducted his PhD research at the Stanford Linear Accelerator
Center from 1974 to 1977), and post-doctoral research at Cornell
University and the Los Alamos Meson Physics Facility. Dr. Steven E.
Jones has done excellent research on 9/11 and the destruction of the
World Trade Center Towers. Dr. Jones says he became interested in the
physics of the WTC collapse after attending a talk given by a woman who
had had a near-death experience. The woman mentioned in passing that "if
you think the World Trade Center buildings came down just due to fire,
you have a lot of surprises ahead of you," Jones remembers, at which
point "everyone around me started applauding." Following several months
of study, he presented his findings at BYU in September 2005. Jones says
he would like the government to release 6,899 photographs and 6,977
segments of video footage for "independent scrutiny." He would also like
to analyze a small sample of the molten metal found at Ground Zero.
Homeland Security has tried to buy the soul of Dr. Steven Jones. However,
Jones he refused to sell them his soul. Upset by the no-soul-sale,
Homeland Security proceeded to the next chain, his employer BYU. They
long resisted, but they eventually got an offer they could not refuse,
and decided to sell their credibility to the Homeland Security
Corporation. BYU then proceeded to fire Mr. Jones.

Recent Letter by Dr. Steven E. Jones:
http://www.latterdayconservative.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=517
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
This is to inform you that I (along with chemist Kevin Ryan and many
others) have withdrawn from association with Jim Fetzer (JF) and "his"
version of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, and to provide reasons for this
action.

1. On the Scholars web site he manages (www.st911.org), Jim Fetzer casts
aspersions on my research regarding the use of thermates at the World
Trade Center on 9/11/2001 -- which is fine as long as he provides serious
technical objections, which he has not done. At the same time, JF is
promoting on the web site notions that energy-beams from WTC 7 or from
space knocked the Towers down. I have invited Jim repeatedly to view the
video of my talk given 11/11/06 at the University of California at
Berkeley which provides the latest physical evidences for thermate use,
reinforcing the data in my published paper. He admitted this week that he
has not done so. My UC-Berkeley talk is here:
http://www.911blogger.com/node/4622

In fairness, I list Jim's talk in Tucson (Nov. 13) also, which you may
wish to compare: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KBcM_dKiLJU .

Here you will find Jim's assertion that energy beams directed from WTC 7,
or from space, may be the "fascinating" explanation for what caused the
Twin Towers to collapse. He also here discusses "falling grand pianos."
My sincere efforts to correct his evident errors/misinformation have been
twisted and distorted until I want no more to do with such "tar-baby"
discussions.

2. I support this statement made recently by Dr. Frank Legge, Kevin Ryan,
Victoria Ashley, and other (previous) members of the Scholars for 9/11
Truth:

"Further, on the Scholars' web site, positions are being promoted which
are disputed by the scientists specializing in physical sciences from
Scholars For 9/11 Truth. Attempts to correct this situation have failed.
As of this date the web site continues to promote assertions which many
unsupported by the evidence (ray-beams from space caused the demolitions,
mini-nukes were used in the WTC towers, real commercial jets did not hit
the WTC towers, etc.). We feel that the promotion of these ideas
functions to distract from and discredit much of the other basic strong
material challenging the official story of 9/11 which already exists -
the stand down, the war games, the insider trading, the many strong
points of evidence on the demolitions, etc."

(This 'ad hoc' committee has sent out a letter you may have received; I
have chosen their "option 1.")

3. On the Scholars' web site, Jim has posted an "Open Letter About Steven
Jones" which contains the following: "He is now planning to take control
of the web site from me." "...his attempt to take over the site is
morally, legally, and intellectually objectionable on many grounds,
including that it qualifies as taking something that does not belong to
him." http://www.scholarsfor911truth.org/OpenLetterToJones.html

Jim's accusation against me is simply untrue and he provided no evidence
for his assertion. I replied: "What nonsense. As I have written to you
privately. Jim, I have no interest at all "to take over the site." My
work is research. Your accusation that I attempt "to take over the site"
is not only unfounded, it is bizarre."

The uncivil accusations and diatribes remain on the Scholars' web site
(actually managed solely by Jim Fetzer) to this day, contrary to the
strong objections of many members of the society. You may read my full
reply and pleading with Jim to be reasonable, here:
http://www.scholarsfor911truth.org/JonesResponse.html. I have asked Jim
to promptly remove any papers which I authored from this web site, but he
has not done so.

Jim Fetzer may keep his web site and whoever wishes to adhere to "his"
version of Scholars for 9/11 Truth. Many of us thought this was going to
be a collective effort where members could have a voice, not Jim's "sole
proprietorship."

It is most unfortunate that others have been dragged into this situation,
and I write out of concern for you to explain what has been going on. Of
late, Jim F. refers often to his association now with Judy Wood and
Morgan Reynolds. These two are noted for their no-planes-hit-the-Towers
theories and for promoting the notion of ray-beams from space knocking
down the Towers. (I and others have written evidence-based rebuttals to
these notions.) These two have written caustic ad hominems about me in
particular, and it possible that Jim's association with them explains
some of his recent behavior.

I hope Jim will view the video of my lecture at UC-Berkeley and then
re-evaluate his stance.

4. During Thanksgiving weekend, Jim F unilaterally dismissed me as
co-chair of Scholars for 9/11 Truth. I felt that this action was improper
and unfair. Later he hinted that unspecified legal action might be taken
against me and/or Alex Floum, a fine researcher. To me, this was the last
straw which led to my ending association with Jim F and "his" society.

5. I join Kevin Ryan and many others in withdrawing from the group so
that my name will not be attached to the personalized attacks and
ray-beams-from-space stuff on www.st911.org. This I did by simply
emailing to joinst911@... and stating that "I am withdrawing from
this society."

(This very email is set up such that if you simply hit "Reply to all" and
state "I withdraw from this society", it will send the message to the
membership administrator for the society run now by Jim Fetzer.)

6. Some months ago, I initiated and now co-edit with Kevin Ryan the
Journal of 9/11 Studies which publishes peer-reviewed papers which adhere
to the scientific method. I hope you will take a look at some of the fine
papers therein: www.journalof911studies.com . I believe this is the
proper way to proceed, with careful studies followed by peer-reviewed
publication.

7. An ad hoc committee of scholars (from the old group) is forming a
research society which will focus on use of the scientific method and
peer-reviewed papers. Their website will be closely allied with the
Journal of 9/11 Studies (which I co-edit) and will be managed by an
elected committee, responsive to the group. Two sample websites are
already available to give further information:
http://schol.digitalstyledesigns.com/ and http://www.taulbee.us/stj911/ .
This research group intends to keep in touch with its members and to use
the scientific method along with civil and respectful discourse. (We
won't spend much time on ray-beams from space knocking down the Towers!)
If you wish to join this group, you may write to: stj911.info@...

Jamie, I appreciate your forwarding this issue on...  I struggled and prayed about this issue and.... In the spirit of free thinking and well educated, thought out decision making, I would like to offer some other information.

I am a certified teacherwith 15 years teaching experience and working towards a masters in special ed.  This debate has been discussed in many education classrooms throughout the country.  Also, I have MANY friends in the public and private teaching sectors in various states who discuss this topic often.  In Ohio, there is a school vouchure program and educators, parents and legislatures are trying to repeal it and debating the constitutionality of such a program.  A few years back, I did a very in depth study of this issue in college and was shocked with some of the findings...  Just want to share... :)

When private schools receive public moneys, they are then required to jump through all the hoops the public schools do such as testing requirements, etc.  This can fundamentally impact the way the "successful" private school operates... basically bringing public school problems to private schools as far as time, resources, paperwork and what is allowed/ not allowed (the Pledge of Allegiance, prayer in schools, etc.)

Also, numerous studies have shown a short term increase in school saitsifaction, but by about 10 years, the schools even out and the private schools accepting vouchures often are brought down to the public school level with all the beauraucracy, rules and paperwork.  Many schools, such as those in Ohio are repealing the school vouchures program due to the strain the program has placed on all schools (public and private).

The Constitutionallity of School Vouchures is hotly debated.  Again, the arguement is that public funds are being used in private settings.  Do the schools measure up to the state standards?  How do parents ensure that the private school is meeting the standards?  - By getting federal and state governments involved.

One of the reasons private schools can move at a faster academic pace is because there is less red tape.  Students are not required to take every test that public schools give, which allows more time for actual teaching, rather than test taking and test prep.  Also, teachers have guidelines to follow, but much less paperwork and imposed requirements to do their job.  Many public school teachers I know chose to send their children to private school simply for this fact!

In the short run, I would LOVE school vouchures so my children could attend the fancy private school for free.  However, the only reason that fancy private school is working so well is because of the limited input of the government and mandated testing (over testing, in my opinion!).  In a few years, that excellent private school will face all the problems of today's public schools, though... meaning that no long term gain has been won for our children's education.

I STRONGLY agree our educational system MUST change dramatically...  which is why many of us are homeschooling.

Whatever your personal stance on this issue, PLEASE research all angles....  I looked into the charter schools, for example, and was SHOCKED at the lax building and code requirements and credentials for teachers.  Short cuts happen all over the place and the ones to suffer would very likely be the children.  Just because someone can do taxes, for example, does not mean they can TEACH someone to understand math!!!!  It's an entirely different process to teach and to do.   As my grandma often says, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is... look VERY carefully for the catch so you know what you are getting yourself into.

The beauty of our country is our freedom of choice and independent thinking.  PLEASE accept this information simply as food for thought and a different perspective than the TV ads and propaganda being spread by both sides.  I respect everyone's right to their own opinion and appreciate your taking the time to think this through.  Honestly, when I started my research project in college, I was 100% in support of school vouchures, but after doing some independent research on the topic - not the Utah law, but the entire topic - my opinion changed dramatically.  The idea is great, but... PLEASE do your own research about the long term effects on your child's education!!!!

Thanks!

JP

Subject: [WasatchWeb] Answers to Voucher Questions

I spent a long time trying to google and collect individually all of the resources that are available on this site. It was taking too much time and energy, so here they are in one package. You may look at as many as you like.

Look at the home page and then click on the "Watch More Videos" link, if you'd like to get more information. The Utah Tax Payer's Assoc. video is "Truth by the Numbers" and is on the "Watch More Videos" page.

www.votefor1.org

Quick answers to commonly asked questions:

1) Vouchers promote competition, which will require all players to step up to the plate and improve the game on all levels. This is not wishful thinking or supposition. It has been proven in other states.

2) Current private and home school students do not qualify for vouchers. Only those who are currently in public school and want to attend private school, but haven't because they lack the finances, qualify.

3) There are specific guidelines schools need to meet to qualify. And, if the schools aren't working, parents have the option to go elsewhere. This is free-enterprise at work!

4) Vouchers take small amounts of money to allow children who do not fit the public school mold to find another form of education that suits their needs. Large amounts of money are left in the schools to help fund students and teachers. After the five years are up, the money does not go to private schools or individuals. It does stay in the state coffers to be used to improve public education.

5) Referendum 1 will help reduce over-crowding in public schools, by doing this it will also help decrease the need for tax increases to meet future needs. Do you want to help keep taxes down? Vote YES on Referendum 1!

As always, if you have questions, please feel free to contact me. If you would like a sign, I have a few in my garage. Let me know.
Thanks,
Kristen

Thanks for the post. I wish I'd gotten it sooner, before they sent us the absentee ballots.
Ken and I already voted yes, just for the fact that public schools at least need a little competition.
At least it would reduce class sizes there.
I wrote a big article FOR the proposition, for our local newspaper. I felt passionately that homeschools
and private schools should receive something back from paying taxes toward public schools which they
don't use. We paid 2,000.00 every year in taxes which went toward our public schools, and spent
more than than homeschooling our children, besides.

I wish I had seen the bill before I voted, to make sure there wouldn't be strings attached.
I wondered about that. THey made it sound like they just had all this free money floating around
that was going toward public schools and someone else just as well have some of the money.
I should have been smarter. I knew better than to think anything from the govt. is  "free".
It pays not to be too trusting. Hmmm, too bad it's too late for me to rescind my letter in the
newspaper to tell people to vote the other way. But then, when so many unions and opposing groups
are against the proposition, it made me want to vote the other way.

Dr. Ann Blake Tracy's September 13, 2004 to the FDA

I am Ann Blake Tracy, PhD, head of the International Coalition for
Drug Awareness. I am the author of Prozac: Panacea or Pandora? - Our
Serotonin Nightmare and have testified in court cases involving
antidepressants for 12 1/2 years. The last 15 years of my life have
been devoted full time to researching and writing about SSRI
antidepressants.
Research on serotonin has been clear from the very beginning that the
most damaging thing that could be done to the serotonin system would
be to impair one?s ability to metabolize serotonin. Yet that is
exactly how SSRI antidepressants exert their effects.
For decades research has shown that impairing serotonin metabolism
will produce migraines, hot flashes, pains around the heart,
difficulty breathing, a worsening of bronchial complaints, tension and
anxiety which appear from out of nowhere, depression, suicide -
especially very violent suicide, hostility, violent crime, arson,
substance abuse, psychosis, mania, organic brain disease, autism,
anorexia, reckless driving, Alzheimer?s, impulsive behavior with no
concern for punishment, and argumentative behavior.
How anyone ever thought it would be "therapeutic" to chemically induce
these reactions is beyond me. Yet, these reactions are exactly what we
have witnessed in our society over the past decade and a half as a
result of the widespread use of these drugs.
In fact we even have a whole new vocabulary as a result with terms
such as "road rage," "suicide by cop," "murder/suicide," "going
postal," "false memory syndrome," "school shooting," "bi-polar" -
every third person you meet anymore - along with the skyrocketing
rates of antidepressant-induced diabetes and hypoglycemia.
Can you remember two decades ago when depressed people used to slip
away quietly to kill themselves rather than killing everyone around
them and then themselves as they do while taking SSRI antidepressants?
A study out of the University of Southern California in 1996 looked at
a group of mutant mice in an experiment that had gone terribly wrong.
These genetically engineered mice were the most violent creatures they
had ever witnessed. They were born lacking the MAO-A enzyme which
metabolizes serotonin. As a result their brains were awash in
serotonin. This excess serotonin is what the researchers determined
was the cause for this extreme violence. Antidepressants produce the
same end result as they inhibit the metabolism of serotonin.
These are extremely dangerous drugs that should be banned as similar
drugs have been banned in the past.
As a society we once thought LSD and PCP to be miracle medications
with large margins of safety in humans. We have never seen drugs so
similar to LSD and PCP as these SSRI antidepressants. All of these
drugs produce dreaming during periods of wakefulness. It is believed
that the high serotonin levels over stimulate the brain stem leading
to a lack of muscle paralysis during sleep thus allowing the patient
to act out the dreams or nightmares they are having. The world
witnessed that clearly in the Zoloft-induced murder-suicide of
comedian Phil Hartman and his wife, Brynn.
Connecticut witnessed the Prozac-induced case of Kelly Silk several
years ago. This young mother attacked her family with a knife, then
set the house on fire killing all but her 8 year old daughter who ran
to the neighbors. As she stood bleeding and screaming for help she
explained, "Help! My mommy is having a nightmare!"
Out of the mouths of babes we will understand these nightmares for
what they are. She understood that this was something her mother would
do ONLY in a nightmare, never in reality.
This is known as a REM Sleep Behavior Disorder. In the past it was
known mainly as a drug withdrawal state, but the largest sleep
facility in the country has reported that 86% of the cases they are
diagnosing are patients on antidepressants.
Because this was known in the past as a condition manifesting mainly
in drug withdrawal you should see how dangerous the withdrawal state
from these drugs will prove to be. That is why it is so critical to
make sure patients are weaned EXTREMELY slowly so as to avoid ANY
chance of going into a withdrawal state

Ann Blake-Tracy, PhD, head of the International Coalition for Drug
Awareness, author of Prozac: Panacea or Pandora? & Our Serotonin
Nightmare. For 15 years I have testified in court cases involving
antidepressants. The last 17 years of my life have been devoted to
researching, writing, and lecturing about these drugs.

Two of my nieces in their early 20's, a decade apart, attempted
suicide on antidepressants, the first on Prozac, the second just a
month ago on Wellbutrin.

Due to time constraints I refer you to my September, 2004 testimony on
the damaging effects of inhibiting serotonin metabolism - the very
mode of action of antidepressants. Impairing serotonin metabolism
results in a multitude of symptoms including suicide, violent crime,
mania and psychosis. Suicidal ideation is, without question,
associated with these drugs.

Rosie Meysenburg, Sara Bostock and I have collected and posted 1200
news articles documenting many exaggerated acts of violence against
self or others at www.drugawareness.org with a direct link to
www.ssristories.com

Beyond suicidal ideation we have mania/bipolar increasing
dramatically. Antidepressants have always been known to trigger both.

According to the Pharmaceutical Business Review in the last 11 years
alone, the number of people in the U.S. with "bipolar" disorder has
increased by 4.8 million.

Dr. Malcolm Bowers of Yale, found in the late 90's over 200,000 people
yearly are hospitalized with antidepressant-induced manic psychosis.
They also point out that most go unrecognized as medication-induced,
remain un hospitalized, and a threat to themselves and others.

What types of threats from manias?

Pyromania: A compulsion to start fires

Kleptomania: A compulsion to embezzle, shoplift, commit robberies

Dipsomania: An uncontrollable urge to drink alcohol

Nymphomania and erotomania: Sexual compulsions - a pathologic
preoccupation with sexual fantasies or activities

Child sex abuse has increased dramatically with even female teachers
going manic on these drugs and seducing students. The head of the sex
abuse treatment program for Utah estimated 80% of sex crime
perpetrators were on antidepressants at the time of the crime. While
Karl Von Kleist, an ex-LAPD officer and leading polygraph expert
estimated 90% - strong evidence of manic sexual compulsions that
demand attention.

Diabetes has skyrocketed, has been linked to antidepressants, and
blood sugar imbalances have long been suspected as the cause of mania
or bipolar. Anyone who has witnessed someone in insulin shock would
see the striking similarity to a violent reaction to an
antidepressant.

If there has been any increase in suicide since the black box warning
it is due to doctors not knowing how to get patients off these drugs
safely.

Clearly far too many lives are being destroyed in various ways by these drugs

Kids stranded at a school, I-15 at a standstill for hours, major roads closed, people trapped in their cars.

This one was close to home, but we had no idea until later.  One of the nice things about working from home -- no commute.

We watched snow pile up, flying by the window nearly horizontal, but the accumulation didn't seem that much.

Meanwhile, there was a 17-care pile-up just 10 minutes away from here.  Five of the cars were still there the next day when we ventured out; three still there when we came back home.  The show-plow-cleared snow was nearly four-five feet high along SR 73 where the pile-up was.

Below are some stories from the news.

Subject: Lynn Ridenhour here regarding latest book "In the Trenches"

Hi Sterling,

Lynn Ridenhour here.

Two things:  1)  regarding my book I just finished titled "In the Trenches:  Conversations with Mormons & Evangelicals."  I've attached a copy of the final draft that will be going to my publisher soon.  I would like to do a Spring pre-launch over the Internet.  Make it available to my friends.  The hard copies should be out this summer.  But I want to make the book available in pdf form for all those who have made my acquaintance down through the years over the world wide web.  And I know there are those on David's Outcasts who I consider "Internet friends," so...and this is your call.  I don't know a thing about what it takes to put a book up on the website in pdf form.  I don't have the slightest clue if it's lots of work, or not.  That's why...it's your call.  If it's not tons of work, I would like for you to make it available on my site you have created on DO.  Let me know.  Either way is fine.

And 2), I'm working with Dr. Joe Wallach, the well-known nutritionist who is especially known for his audio tapes he did back about 15 or so years ago titled "Dead Doctors Don't Lie."  Dr. Wallach has come up with a no-caffeine/no processed sugar energy drink that's really working.  40 million drinks served in the last 33 months.  In 24 countries.  I'm going to be opening up the Utah valley hopefully within the next 90 to 120 days, and am looking for about 12 reps to work with me there in the valley.  If you know of, or feel comfortable with, passing along my intro-letter (see below) to perhaps a few of your acquaintances whom you think might have an inkling for this sort of thing, would you be so kind as to pass on the letter to them.  And thanks.

[...]

Blessings to you and your family,

Lynn

[...]

Dr. Joe Wallach's Caffeine-free Energy Drink…that works!

"The LDS-Friendly Energy Drink"

I've got a friend who's fond of saying, "You can tell an active LDS by the temperature of their caffeine."  Of course, he makes the statement in light-hearted jest, with his tongue in his cheek.  But nevertheless, the number one selling soft drink in Utah is Mountain Dew.  We've come up with the answer.  Or should I say, Dr. Joe Wallach, author of the well-known tape, "Dead Doctors Don't Lie," renowned nutritionist, has come up with the answer:  A no-caffeine, no-sugar energy drink that believe it or not works, delivering as much energy, if not more, than the popular drinks such as Rock Star, Full Throttle, Monster, and Red Bull.  An energy drink that lasts 4 to 6 hours.  A healthy energy drink with vitamin B's & amino acids that actually works with your body, using your own body's Kreb's Cycle to produce energy, rather than artificially stimulating your central nervous system through the use of caffeine and sugar.  An energy drink with only 22 calories, 5 grams of carbs, and 4 grams of fructose and stevia, a natural herbal sweetener.

Yes, we've come up with the world's first and only LDS-friendly energy drink.  ACT –  which stands for:  advanced cellelular therapy.  A drink that, as said, bypasses the central nervous system altogether, reaching your cells in 6 to 10 minutes, and lasting for hours.  No crashes.  No sugar blues.  A diabetic-friendly energy drink.  A drink that's served to 8 year olds as well as 80 year olds.  A drink that's jammed packed with vitamins B-3, B-6, B-12, along with amino acids.  And yes, a drink that's been served to over 30 million customers in the first 30 months.  A drink that's already popular in 24 countries around the world.

And now, we're bringing the world's first healthy energy drink to the Utah valley.  It's our belief that LDS saints from St. George to Salt Lake City will love our drink.  It's word of wisdom-friendly.

And I'd love to talk with you about helping us launch the product in the valley.  We have no competition, and are positioned in the market place with, as said, the "World's First Healthy Energy Drink."  The financial rewards are real and genuine.  And this is not network marketing.

If you're interested in setting up a conference call to learn more about our launch in the valley, please reply to this email by leaving your email address and phone number—and we'll schedule a time.  We have no doubt—LDS Saints will love our caffeine-free energy drink!  No crashes.  No jitters.  Just 4 to 6 hours "calm energy."

Hello Representative Sumsiun,

My wife and I presently live in Eagle Mountain.  We have four children, all delivered via the assistance of midwives, three of those at home, the first having been transported at the last hour.

I am asking you Please vote NO on SB93

This bill was couched as a "compromise" bill by Senator M. Dayton, who alleged that the midwives supported it.  She was not being truthful.  Unfortunately, the Senate took her word that it was supported by the midwives, and believed her.  That is why they passed it.

The bill is full of onerous provisions that make very few situations qualify for midwife-assisted birth at home.

In reality, midwife-assisted births are far more safe in general than hospital assisted births, as world statistics bear out.  The U.S. has one of the highest infant mortality rates in the developed world.  Countries with predonominant midwifery, far surpass the U.S. in the quality of infant birthing and in the lower incidences of infant mortality. http://www.savethechildren.org/publications/mothers/2007/Mothers-Index-2007.pdf

I argue that it is actually safer to birth at home than in the hospital.

The hospital is for emergency and crisis situations.  Birth is normally not an emergency nor a crisis.  When it is routinely treated as such, the incidence of problems skyrockets because of the mindset of the staff and the mothers.

There is no new need to regulate midwife licensing, inasmuch as the LDEM regulations have already been set forth in rule by the Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing after public hearings on the same.

LDEMs carefully track their clients, as do all medical professionals and their outcomes.  LDEMs do not take high-risk patients because it is not within their scope of practice. SB93 is not about high-risk pregnancies or newborns, it is an attempt by the UMA to force all women to have all their children in a hospital.

SB93 is about coercion.  If this bill passes, mothers will not be allowed to make a personal decision about what is best for them and their baby, as the state will have already told them what they have to do.  That is fundamentally contrary to the principles of freedom upon which this nation was founded.

A woman's freedom to choose for her body and her baby are being infringed upon by Senator Dayton, a woman who has never experienced the wonderful, attentive, meticulous, personal care of an LDEM.  Her RN degree does not give her real-life experience to know whereof she legislates.  There are hundreds of studies, conducted by OB/Gyns and other MDs contradicting what is practiced daily in Labor & Delivery wards (read any chapter in Obstetric Myths vs. Research Realities by Henci Goer) being touted so safe by Senator Dayton and the UMA.

SB93 violates the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology's own stance on informed refusal:

ACOG. Informed refusal. Committee Opinion No 237, June 2000.

"Once a patient has been informed of the material risks and benefits involved with a treatment, test, or procedure, that patient has the right to exercise full autonomy in deciding whether to undergo the treatment, test, or procedure or whether to make a choice among a variety of treatments, tests, or procedures. In the exercise of that autonomy, the informed patient also has the right to refuse to undergo any of these treatments, tests, or procedures. . . . Performing an operative procedure on a patient without the patient's permission can constitute 'battery' under common law. In most circumstances this is a criminal act. . . . Such a refusal [of consent] may be based on religious beliefs, personal preference, or comfort."

My daughter has delivered four of her six children at home.
Her fifth was about to be delivered but there was a problem, so the midwives rushed her to the hospital fifteen minutes away.
Only to have the midwives deliver in the delivery room because the doctor never made it in time, then he billed my daughter for the full delivery fee.
Her first child was a hospital delivery and it was a nightmare. She says there is no comparison to the prenatal and delivery care she was given by midwives as compared to going the doctor route. The midwives were qualified in every way and gave her exceptional prenatal care and monitoring, as well as being there for a day before delivery and the day after, plus traveling two miles to
give her post-natal check ups to her and the baby.
It will be a travesty if women are not allowed this safe, and natural option for delivering their babies, by highly qualified and capable midwives who use the regular medical route in warranted emergencies.

HI Senator Dayton,

Thanks for clarifying your position.  With this new information, where I might question your judgment is in your believing that a consensus had actually been reached.

You, more than most, know how strongly the midwives and their supporters hold their position.  You should have known to have double and triple checked such an assertion before making it before the Senate.

I would argue that your assertion before the Senate was the primary (foremost) reason that it passed in the Senate.  They knew that this was a controversial issue, and hearing that a "compromise" language had been agreed upon, their knee-jerk (aka lazy) reaction was to assume you were correct and pass off on it.

Your credibility is at stake, because you no doubt intuitively knew that making such an assertion to that body would have the effect of passing the legislation.

To make such an assertion without first being absolutely certain of its truth, was laziness, at best, on your part.

The repercussion are that your credibility is called into question, and there is no way that you will hold the same credibility now that this is being weighed before the House.

Thank God for a bicameral legislative process.

It is precisely these types of things that that process was designed to hold in check.

I'm not calling you a liar (that was actually the first word I used in my first draft, but I softened it, realize that you may not have intentionally misstated the facts).  But neither am I willing to agree with your implication below that you were innocent of guile.

You have a vendetta, which is not based on true science, but is based on your bias toward the medical establishment, which is no angel.

Medicine has its place, but there are sure a lot of people who die each year, or whose health is put in grave jeopardy, due to bad doctors.

Our experience with midwives has been like heaven.  They are so caring, so conscientious, so loving, so present, and so affordable -- nothing compared to the medical establishment where the doctor shows up for a few minutes and then leaves, charging outrageous fees.  It's night and day.

When there is an emergency, then the doctor is needed and it's good that they are there.  But most births by nature are not emergencies.  Midwives can handle them just fine -- far better than those anal doctors who usually have no sense of intuition, but only know how to grab, pull, or cut.

It really is no mystery to me why the U.S. ranks so low in infant mortality and vitality.  They apply a left-brained approach to what is naturally a very right-brained process.  Midwives are far superior to doctors in most cases.

Mothers should have the right to chose which they will use.

I urge you to do a turnabout.  Live up to your womanly intuition, and defend the right of the mother, and stop playing into the hands of a very out-of-balance institution of hospital birthing.

Sincerely,

I do not appreciate you impuning my character.
I was told by the Utah Medical Association members who were involved in the negotiations that they had reached a consensus bill.  Thus - I said so on the senate floor.  They did have a consensus bill with the midwife groups with whom the UMA had been working - but others groups presented concerns after those negotiations.   As a matter of fact, I was told today that more agreements have been reached as the discussion is on-going.
You were not involved in those mtgs -
I was not involved in those mtgs -
so we can both say what we heard and believed is true -
but it not fair for you to say that I was not truthful any more than it is fair for me to say you are not being truthful.
I am being respectful of you (assuming that you may have misunderstood and have no intention to be untruthful) rather than sending out an email blast calling you a liar.

Can you imagine this guy going 90 mph on his way to Salt Lake from Provo with these balloons trailing a few yards behind him?

Instructions for a fun time on the interstate...............

Step 1. Tie balloons to car.
Step 2. Drive like a bat out of hell....
Step 3. Watch people freak out!!!!

I don't care who you are....that's funny.

Dear Friends of Al Burns,
Al's widow, Dee Burns called me yesterday. Her lawyers says her
insurance company wants to pay "the minimum" on Al's life insurance, based
on his age of eighty-four rather than on the promise of a future of
vitality. Her lawyer would like 50-75 letters from people who knew Al and
can describe his energy and usefulness and that he wasn't a feeble old man
whose biggest challenge in life was to get the mail each day.
I'm going to attach here the letter I have just written, just to get you
started and so you'll have the address to send your letters. Please write
Attorney Skabelund a letter as soon as possible, on behalf of Al. Thank you,
and God bless you. Sincerely, Jane Ervin

Dear Mr. Skabelund,

I am writing to you at the request of Dee Burns, to describe for the
insurance company of her late husband, Al Burns, the vitality and usefulness
of Mr. Burns prior to his untimely and tragic death. At his funeral, the
most common adjectives used to describe Mr. Burns were “active†and
“youthful.†I have known Mr. Burns since 1994 through the John Birch Society
as the foremost freedom-fighter I know, and he showed no signs of flagging
in the intensity of his efforts, no diminished facility of mind or body. He
was a person (like his wife) who could pass for twenty years younger. Prior
to writing this letter, I had not compared Mr. Burns to other octogenarians
of my father’s generation. As I reflect on those I know who have
Alzheimer’s,
who are in constant pain, who can barely walk or stand, who have trouble
remembering my name, I realize even more what a remarkable man Mr. Burns
was. He must have drawn strength and health from the larger purpose to which
he had long ago dedicated his life: restoring America to its Constitutional
foundation. We all wished we had had his knowledge, his memory, his courage,
his facility with words, his outspokenness. He maintained a correspondence
with hundreds of people. He kept up with legislation and bills, and
regularly voiced his opinion in letters and editorials. He gave firesides on
Constitutional principles in various churches and taught camp classes. I
never knew him to seek rest or entertainment. He was always anxiously
engaged in a good cause. Congressman Chris Cannon, whose policies he
opposed, flew back from Washington DC in order to present his widow with a
United States flag. We did not always agree, but Mr. Burns always did the
homework, and was the first one to call for information on any issue facing
the country, state, or city. His loss is great indeed for those of us who
used him as their intelligence department.

I can not help comparing Al Burns with Gordon B. Hinckley, who passed
away two days before Al did age the age of 96. They were both men who
completely dedicated their lives to a noble cause and drew vitality from
their purpose. Had President Hinckely died at age 84, we would have been
deprived of 12 of his 14 years of service: the temples and the Conference
Center he built and the dozens of countries he visited during that time. I
estimate we were deprived of at least twelve good years of the joy of having
Al Burns on this earth. He was really a national treasure. The loss of Al
Burns is a great loss for us all.

Sincerely,

Jane Ervin

Dear Friends,

Today we lost a true American and Patriot.  We write this to you with heavy hearts.  Albert V. Burns was tragically killed in an accident this morning shortly after his last e-mail.  In one instant he was taken from us to Heaven.  He went out this morning to retrieve the mail and was hit by a car that lost control with the snow and ice on the road.  The wonderful police officers and paramedics worked hard to revive Al, but were unable to.  Please know that he did not suffer.

DanielInTheLionsDen.us  / DanielAndHisFieryFurnace.us / DeadlyFumes.us -- you are here.
Have you or anyone you know been unusually ill this Winter???
Did you or anyone you know have unexplained fatigue, bouts of nausea, headaches, loss of memory, agitation, flu-like (but without fever) symptoms, rosacea (a red skin blush) or jaundice, general weakness, nose-bleeds, coughing spells (sometimes with blood) labored breathing, struggle for air, light headedness, fainting spells, listlessness, inability to sleep soundly,
loss of appetite, unexplainable weight loss or gain. And in Infants; inability to suckle, failure to thrive, crying (indicating headaches) even "SIDS", "crib death'' -- or some deaths even charged off as "shaken baby syndrome". Did you find any elderly or otherwise infirmed unusually listless, slowed, or unresponsive where they had been bright, active and communicative prior? Do you know of any children, adolescents or adult who were healthy before, but became subtly to seriously ill as winter came or progressed -- and now they may be miraculously improving (with warmer weather) -- or someone who did not make it though the winter yet should have -- and died for no solidly diagnosed reason. Often the victim is mis-diagnosed with leukemia, diabetes, malnutrition, vitamin B12 deficiency, depression, etc, etc! You need to find the real cause!
You may find the cause in this baby and his family's experience below!
DanielInTheLionsDen.us  / DanielAndHisFieryFurnace.us / DeadlyFumes.us -- you are here.
Dear Friends receiving this in your email Baby Daniel Conrad 14 Mar 08
This is another case which has taken my time for the last month -- to save the life  (possibly including yours or some else you love -- see notice above!) of an infant -- and keeping an innocent family from being destroyed by an incompetent construction industry, their inspectors, then by ill informed or ignorant bureaucracy, medicine and law.
Please go to and share:  DanielInTheLionsDen.us  /  DanielAndHisFieryFurnace.us  /  DeadlyFumes.us  -- (current copy is shown below).
      The
compassionate and caring family described in this website was accused of harming their child and the rest of their family by not giving them meat! -- what nursing infant needs meat anyway? Duh! -- while the real malfeasants, the contractors and inspectors got away scott free!
Because this Family is a kind hearted Vegetarian  family "refusing the Kings meat" and naming their child after Old Testament Daniel (Daniel 1:8), everyone in their livestock producing community thought it was their diet that put their (nursing) infant Daniel into winter failure!
-- But along comes me (once again) and I find the real problem -- while all others of my other so-called medical professionals, were prejudice and blind to facts -- or worse -- maliciously obstinate and didn't want to know them, so they could chase other treatments and make more (perverse) profits in the $45,000 that they charged to crush this already hurt this family -- instead of doing a simple $10 Carboxyhemeglobin test -- which I told them to do! -- then only would have had to of had prescribed a
simple no cost treatment of good air and mom's pure breast milk (which now, thanks to me only, is suckled without his past toxic nausea) -- but instead those so-called professionals teated for everything but what was real and were willing to return the child to be harmed even more or even die in being released and returned to the very environment that already almost killed him and his family before! -- the Carbon Monoxide poisoning (which I had identified, but they ignored) coming from this precious baby Daniel's own home's "Fiery Furnace".
Call me at your very first opportunity

Daniel in the Lions Den! - in Manti UtahBaby Daniel Conrad 14 Mar 08

A loving family in Central Utah, originally accused of medical and nutritional neglect, was found with a lethal poisoning source from their house and water heating systems, which was not considered, checked, tested, or identified -- until a caring friend did its discovery -- saving this precious Daniel and his family from their "fiery furnace" -- an echo of his
righteous name sake -- the harmless and loving, Guardian Angels worthy Prophet Daniel and his Faithful Friends of Old!

This beautiful infant almost lost his life as the unusual deep and heavy snows, unique brutal cold and divergent weather patterns, conjoined with construction and environmental errors, set the conditions for lethal levels of vacuum-drawn furnace and water heater exhausts to enter and be circulated in the in-house air with chronic poisoning that most seriously affected him, then his parents, specifically his father whose office was in the home and his attending nursing mother, then less, his (outdoor playing and socializing) young brothers and older sisters. (Note: Because of their high metabolic and rapid growth rates and its associated oxygen demands, newborn infants have a greater than 20 times more susceptibility to Carbon Monoxide poisoning than do middle adolescents or adults.)

See below the Photos, Videos, along with medical, mechanical and legal diligence, discovery, evidence, with other experts and witnesses brought together and provided by that same persistent, experienced friend, with his other State respected, licensed, and most honorable associates.

Evidence on Film:

Night Shots of Flues and Adder Vapors1.  Video 1 (7 min. in FLV): Night filming of exhaust vapors from furnace (and water heater) to Fresh Air Adder -- which is supposed to route fresh outside air from the roof and add it into the house air circulating stream at the furnace house air fan...but in this case, as you see, instead of bringing in clean fresh air, it is brings in toxic fumes from the furnace (and water heater) exhaust!  This (7 minute) video production is six of my rough recordings, spliced and prepared for fast upload and easier viewing; and is the several hours gift of caring labor from my son (who also is a well loved, very busy Bishop) Tom Jr.

"Fresh Air Adder" Contamination: Furnace vapors from the larger flue stack at right, with water heater stack seen just above it, which are passing by and sucked into the "Fresh Air Adder" intake stack (lower and left of furnace and water heater stacks) which draws fumes (as you can see in video) right directly back into house air under the strong vacuum created by the squirrel-cage blower in the furnace itself, which draws, mixes, then pushes (and recycles) the house air, along with the contaminated toxic fumes from outside air to pass through and be warmed in the heat exchanger; then routed out to all the heat registers of the home -- the next closest register being the very room where the baby was generally cared for and slept, and his father had his (nearly 24/7 occupied) day office of labor, in the Master Bedroom!!!

Combustion air choke off: With an additive snow lay of only 6 inches (which occurred often during this winter), a choking off of combustion air (the outer larger section of the furnace stack) begins to oxygen-starve the furnace burners and CO emissions increase geometrically, and at 9 inches or more a nearly total starvation occurs to create lethal levels which enter and are mixed with the home air with the prevailing breezes from the south west, as now experienced with this unique cold and heavy snow, 2007-2008 winter anomaly.

Cavitation: At 1½ feet or more of quick snow lay or a series of smaller accumulating layers, along with Manti's subfreezing temperatures causing surface hardening and a very durable crust icing, an underneath melt from the warmer roof surfaces above the furnace itself, and water heater adjacent, would have created an "igloo" (cavitation) advancing circle which would ultimately tie the furnace, water heater and Fresh Air Adder stacks (at only 3½ foot distant bonnet to bonnet -- see photos) all together in a single connecting cavity -- which would be maintainable for many days, especially on that self-shading North-facing roof of their home; and would have allowed a super doping of the house air with colorless, odorless, tasteless, serious biological damaging CO!  (You will see evidence of this north side cavitation phenomena in photos coming) - tlr 3/17/08

I. a. (Optional) Original  Video A  a very large and clumsy file directly loaded from my camera and is viewable only if you have 5-30 minutes for uploading time, even with best High Speed Internet connection,)
-- It is already part of the video at item 1.  Video (in FLV) above.
-- Though complete, and exactly as I shot it, this file is not in an Internet friendly format, so is not as vivid as the newer format provided by my son above, so if you play it you must look very carefully to see the vapors passing directly from the furnace flue to the Fresh Air Adder...and ladies, this unedited and complete recording, is a "PG-13" movie,...sorry for my slipped words of recorded anger as I realized -- "for hell's sake" -- how close this chimney arrangement came to killing an infant and potentially destroying a family, especially without anyone else's correct diagnosis and diligence (except mine) and "their" returning them home again to the same hellish harm!  Please, forgive me; I was also once a rancher (it paid for my education) who dealt with obstinate cattle (just like some of my fellow professionals) - and they never responded to a gentle "please don't crush me (or any child) into the rail! -- or thanks, that kick at my head (or to my honorable facts) felt good"!  I know I should try better not to lose it verbally, but doesn't my keeping an infant and a family from being returned and left to be poisoned or dying, give me some credit for forgiveness for my slipped swear word or two? -- especially in my rage when a child is harmed and innocent parents (who were also harmed) are accused -- while the actual guilty -- the stingy, incompetent contractors and their "buddies" who certified the house as safe -- only to save a little money and only a little bit more labor -- get away with deception, theft and fraud, and, as it nearly was here, "negligent homicide"! -- See the safety inspection tag riveted on the house. -- What a pathetic deadly joke! -- tlr

 1. b. (Optional) Original Video B  again optional and only viewable if you have a Hi Speed connection and 10-50 minutes for uploading time.
 --
This footage is also included in item 1. Video (in FLV) above
This second original recording was more vivid than my first recording in 1. a. (Original) Video A above. With better angle of shot and light this footage shows more clearly the Furnace vapors from the larger flue stack at right, with water heater stack above it, which are passing by and being sucked into the "Fresh Air Adder" at left, in center.

Furnace configeration2. Video 2 (3 min. in FLV): My daytime filming of Furnace and Water Heater flues and Fresh Air Adder intake on roof, the furnace fresh air adder port and house air circulating fan configuration inside the home, displayed audible and visual indications of the volumes of Fresh Air Adder (contaminated) air mixed into the house air at its inside port, and finally the permanent, secure closing and sealing of that port for the family's safety. -- tlr

More is coming for you to see, but we must work hours to convert camera files to Internet friendly files, tlr 3/24/08

Still Photos: -- sorry for their large file size and long download times of some photos. These have been placed here in my haste to get you started with some understanding.  It takes many hours for me (with some technical assistance from my son, who is also dedicated and busy as a Bishop) to reduce and re-post these and photos and videos, plus add the dozens more, as well as the charts and drawings that you need to also see.

4. The House at the South East (front) view  -- (faster loading file here): Notice, you can only view and just barely see the water heater stack over the ridge line of the roof. You cannot see the Furnace and Fresh Air Adder stacks near it.  So you see how low they are and easily choked or covered with snow!

5.  Full view photo: Front of House Again, you can only see the water heater flue barely above ridge, others stacks are not visible.

6.  Then Rear of House .  See short flues and fresh-air-adder at left all
in tight cluster and easily choked or covered by snow.  Cover with snow? Furnace Combustion Air! Yes!-big "Problem-o!"  Lethal levels of CO!

7. The Fresh Air Adder, the Furnace and Water Heater stacks -- (faster loading file here) Too short and all in a tight cluster! See another view of Flues and fresh air adder intake cluster from on roof (photo taken as I am standing at ridge, with kind Glen Bair's halogen lamp stand secured and visible at the roof's edge, and my sleeping bag at distance in back of the house, on the crusted snow were I shivered at night to catch the furnace (and water heater) vapor flows in their treacherous acts of passing towards and entering into the Fresh Air Adder and into the house,as recorded in Videos above - tlr).

Now that you have seen the exhaust and fresh air adder arrangement; re-read (review)
the combustion air supply snow pile-up, choke-off and cavitation issues as described in my video explanation in third paragraph following item 1. Video (in FLV), above. It should now be disturbingly clear to you.
Shortcuts like this in construction, can asphyxiate a child and harm a family -- including yours!
Please check your own chimneys for this problem (especially if yours is on a north facing roof like this one). (More description of error and code violation coming here shortly tlr)

More links & descriptions coming with photos, videos. charts and documents are coming -- please return!

Father's Statement:

The knowledge of the true cause of Daniel’s trouble has been discovered and irrefutably proven:  the house which we purchased
upon our move to Manti (in full faith and trust of safety, as is certified on the house tags riveted outside on each half section *tlr), was dangerously set up for a serious carbon monoxide problem – which was exponentially compounded by heavy snows on the roof – and our first winter here just happened to be the biggest snow fall year in 25 years.

The preceding winters of little or no appreciable snow, saved the original family and owners from experiencing the far more concentrated levels of Carbon Monoxide which we had in this unusual high snow, high precipitation winter
(see combustion air choke down explanation in photos & drawings to be provided here *tlr); however the original family did note, upon reflection, unusual flu like symptoms, headaches and marked fatigue (which are typical to low level CO poisoning *tlr) in their past winters herein.

The extremely hazardous way in which the furnace system of our home was installed was quickly identified by our experienced friend who sensed
(through 2 brief phone calls, Feb 10 & 11 *tlr) , then viewed the outward physical indications of environmental poisoning in us (in a 15 minute visual contact, two days later in a Feb 13th visit at Daniel's pediatric unit in Salt Lake City *tlr).  Then after finishing his week of labors at the Utah State Legislative session (using Saturday, then Sunday afternoon for preparation *tlr), in the evening of Sunday Feb 17th, he traveled to Manti.  Then Monday morning Feb18th, 2008, he had his first view of our home (from outside only, while vacant and locked *tlr), observed, discovered, and with obtained witnesses, began the documentation of our dangerous furnace exhaust and fresh air adder installations.

After returning home
(Feb 25th *tlr) from our hospital stay, we received a call from our friend and were informed of our home heating's dangerous situation – and so, as he instructed, we ran our furnace with opened windows to combat the problem until he could return and mitigate the situation.

In the early morning of the 4th day
, Feb 29th, after our return, our friend arrived, brought Media (John Hale of the Sanpete Messenger / Deseret News *tlr) and (former *tlr) Senator Parley Hellewell (owner of PPM Inc. Orem Utah; a plumbing, heating and air conditioning and State Certified CO monitoring corporation operator for many years *tlr) and his State Certified CO specialist, Michael Anderson, as well as local Plumbing Contractor, Scott Layton (owner operator of Layton Plumbing, Manti Utah *tlr), to witness and third-party-certify what he had already now disclosed.  He also has had several other trustworthy and State Certified experts (to be referenced herein later *tlr) to witness and certify his findings during his investigation and disclosure. These have all been brought together by this experienced expert and caring friend of many years, Thomas Rodgers, who selflessly used his medical, environmental and mechanical training, and diagnostic expertise -- persisted, and did the required Diligence, Discovery and Disclosure of our home's toxic CO problem.

On that same day, February 29th, the fresh air adder port into furnace house air fan chamber was sealed (during his first interior access - then permanently Mar 12 *tlr), so that the strong suction produced by the main (
house air circulating *tlr) furnace fan can no longer draw any more toxic exhaust in from the roof – and we've been running the furnace with windows sufficiently opened (as instructed *tlr) so that the home can obtain enough fresh air to now safely allow our infant and family to breathe cleanly.

Many people have now witnessed video footage of the furnace exhaust being drawn right back into the house via the fresh-air adder, which unfortunately was installed with great negligence – in extremely close proximity to the furnace and hot water heater exhaust flues on the roof…and especially hazardous to our local snow potential conditions – since those flues are also very short and stubby and happen to be located on the north-facing, shady side of the roof where snow is protected from the sun and inclined to pile up and remain.  The combustion air supply return on the furnace flue begins to be blocked off with just 6 inches of snow on the roof – and is completely blocked off with only 9 inches of snow on the roof.  That greatly diminishes the oxygen supply to the combustion chamber of the furnace and exponentially increases the carbon monoxide levels in the exhaust – which has had easy access for re-entry into the living quarters via the fresh-air adder – hazardously installed in very close proximity (under 4 ft *tlr) to where the exhaust exits the flues.

We hope that this information helps the good people in our community understand our own situation more fully – and encourages them to check their own homes; especially those in manufactured (modular) homes which were built out of area and moved in and not re-outfitted for our high mountain valley snow potentials – as our friend has disclosed.

We are grateful to this wise, dedicated and very kind friend, Thomas Rodgers for his discovering this extremely serious life-threatening situation – who persisted as a stranger and persona-non-grata, to do the required diligence and get the information out to our local (and State *tlr) media, Utah State and Community officials – and to those listening families with similar violations of furnace installations that he noted and also worries about in our community.

Thank you,
Grateful Father of Baby Daniel.

Father's illuminating Letter:

Now see the Father's wonderful letter which describes the parents life experience, his medical training, perspective and wisdom, which had already benefited their older children, now preserving their baby, and was written in the hospital towards the end of baby Daniel's 14 days of hospital stay:

"When Philosophies Collide"  (our webpage version) see or print word document direct from baby Daniel's father.

Many of my Professional Fellows, Locally and Nationally, who have seen the data and now understand the truth in this family's house and water heating poisoning situation and events, have stated that if the family had not already been living such a careful, healthy lifestyle, which they had been living long before they moved into this home and gave birth to Daniel, and this undiscovered, unique and subtle, immune system suppressing winter-long exhaust poisoning event had been additionally complicated with Winter's otherwise easily transmitted communicative viral and bacterial illnesses, it could have assuredly killed the baby and more severely harmed the older members of the family, even mortally! TLR 3/24/08

Notice the devastating change a winter of breathing undetected toxic vapors does bring to a whole family:
This picture of this handsome Family was taken prior to their trusting purchase and move into their Manti home, and depicts the comfort and closeness of this well bonded, carefully living, happy family, (as witnessed by their old Ward, friends and neighbors in Salt Lake) with each enjoying their lives together in unencumbered health and vigor.
Family before move to house in Manti
This picture was taken in Salt Lake, Fall of 2006.
Their Manti home was purchased in May of 2007.
Baby Daniel was then born August 31, 2007,
just at the beginning of this year's deviant Winter of unusually deep snow with deep cold and abnormally high heating demands.
TLR 3/25/08.
---
After a full winter of being poisoned by odorless, tasteless, colorless Carbon Monoxide fumes, David, is clearly viewed here as gaunt and weakened.
In  voice and view, David's physical decline was immediately obvious to me (with my experience in Pathology) as the signs of subtle poisoning, which matched the fact that his work-day is in inside the same home, with the same furnace and water heater situation that severely poisoned his baby!
 Parley &l David Feb 08
My caring and kind friend, Honorable Senator Parley Hellewell (who drove 92 miles and gave up a morning without pay for me, so that he and his specialist could witness my disclosure and verify my findings) explains to baby Daniels' father, David how this error in design and installation by the (modular home) builder and getting past inspection, harmed his precious infant, as well as him and his entire family, all seriously and potentially mortally. TLR 3/25/08.
Click photo or here for better view of Senator Hellewell & David.

Dear friends:
Please be patient with me as I do all other tasks to inform my legislative, administrative, legal and media friends of the data which exonerates this innocent family and also labor to inform you of facts through these time demanding web pages, while I also must take care of other people's problems, even nationally and internationally, and also meet my family and personal obligations on my scant resources only.
Do you know of anyone else who cares for an infant or friend, or is just too plain dumb to know better, so gives up comfort, time and will drive 140 miles a half dozen times and more, just to set outside in the night and only get fits of sleep in the sub freezing cold to catch a killing furnace in the act?  Then tolerate (for the moment) the obstruction of the offending (modular home) contractors and their collaborators as their expositor while I do this labor simply out of shear love for the physical safety and well being of precious infants and their innocent families.
Maybe they are right; and I am truly nuts! But at least I don't have to apologize to my Maker and His Angels for it! He holds the lives of infants and families as most precious too! -- So do I! -- So I know I am OK with Him in this one!
Thanks for your patience and understanding.  Please share this site and its lifesaving furnace flue information.
(More photos, videos, charts, expletive drawings and document links will be added as my time and resources permit, so please plan to return.)

Subject: Lecture with Glenn and Chase and Wayne May

As many of you know, Chase and I will be lecturing in Utah near an archeological site of some significance.  The modest fee covers the meals.  It will be very difficult to find a place to eat that is close with all those people running around.  This will last for a couple of days and will be one of the symposiums of the decade.  The following is the advertisement and the contact numbers.

This month we are featuring the surviving manuscripts on the creation and Adam and Eve.  Two of them come from the Templar series we have been doing and were preserved for two thousand years.  The other texts discuss the Cave of the Treasures, the place where Adam and Eve lived after leaving the Garden of Eden.

If you can't come to the event, just call me on the phone and I will see to it that you get the same advantages that will be offered to those who come.  1-480-704-5928.

Wayne May is the owner and publisher of the Ancient American Magazine.  He and I have spoken on the same ticket a few times.  Each time we have it caused a stir.  We often get more people than the facility can hold.  This time Wayne is bringing new artifacts dealing with Pre-Columbian America.  That alone will be worth the effort.  We will have all the classes and books there on site.  Afterwards Wayne and I are going of an exploration of some sites that have produced amazing artifacts and history surrounding the time of Adam and Eve.  We can't take other with us because of the remote nature of the several sites involved.  However, that is why we are bringing artifacts with us.

Wayne has a decidedly religious orientation from time to time, which is extremely interesting.  However, I will be speaking about the ancient texts that I will be bringing with me.  These will be of general interest.

ANCIENT AMERICA & ANCIENT MANUSCRIPTS SEMINAR
With
Glenn & Chase Kimball
 Wayne May

This seminar will be on June 20 & 21 at the Pioneer Dance Hall in Fairview, Utah.  It will run from 9 to 5 each day.  The cost is just $30 for both days, $40 after June 14.
The great theologian and scientist Orson Hyde said in the Journal of Discourses Volume II page 79 that there were as many people on the earth at the time of the coming of Adam and Eve as there were at the time of the Flood of Noah.  He was taught by the best.  Who were these people?  What happened to them?  Did they know about Jesus?  Did they know Adam and Eve?  The shocking reality will answer many of the questions you have had all your life.  Certainly Sanpete County played a roll in these events.  We no longer have to lose our children to atheism when they take anthropology in College.  Glenn and Chase will tell you from ancient texts and artifacts the rest of the story of the history of human beings on the planet and their relationship with God.
John the Beloved, who knew Jesus better than the rest, said John 21:25 And many things Jesus did.  I suppose if they were all written the world itself could not contain all the books that should be written.  The reality is that large quantities of those books did survive to our day.  Glenn and Chase Kimball will be bringing with them texts from all over the world which contain the words of Jesus and the Apostles.  They have the missing Gospel of John the Baptist, the second greatest prophet born to a woman on the earth.  We know some of his story, but we don’t have any of his teachings until now.
There are seventy five different audio CDs and several thousand books coming to Fairview.  This will be the time to set Christmas aside and to feast on subjects that have eluded historians and scientists.  Each of the subjects is backed with evidence so that you can make up your own mind and fill the holes in your life.
Glenn has spoken on hundreds of radio and television shows and for hundreds of thousands of people in live conferences.  He holds two degrees from BYU and is merely short his dissertation for a PhD from Southern Illinois.  He is famous for finding and integrating ancient texts into an integrated picture of history with a specialty on religious history.
Glenn’s website is:   www.kimballcollege.com
We are pleased to have Wayne May coming to our seminar.  He has published Ancient American Magazine for many years.  When he speaks it is usually standing room only.  I know, I tried to attend a lecture eight years ago in Salt Lake.  I arrived forty-five minutes early and couldn’t get in.  Seems there was something about a fire code and too many people.  Glenn causes the same thing when he comes to speak.  Wayne is bringing some five tables of artifacts from back East.  That alone is worth the trip to Sanpete County!

Book of Mormon Archaeology with a North American setting. See a comparison of the existing archaeological record in North America with the Book of Mormon timeline. A direct comparison of the Nephite culture with the Hopewell culture of the Midwest shows amazing similarities in the artifacts, mounds, and earthen ditches, along with the traditional accounts from the Native American Indians as to the last great war of extermination. Also included is special attention to the early statements from Joseph Smith Jr. and the early brethren of the Church which testify to the location and identity of the remnant of Jacob to be spared for the latter days.

Wayne’s LDS Website: hillcumorahhistory.com

It is a privilege having these men come and speak about ancient America and ancient history.  Once again the dates are June 20 and 21.  The cost is $30 per person if registered before June 14.  After June 14 it will be $40 per person.  We will have lunch available for those that register early.  You will be contacted about the choices and cost.  Please make all checks payable to Country Gardens or call us with a credit card number.

The location is the Pioneer Dance Hall in Fairview, Utah.  Located at 51 S. State in Fairview, across from our restaurant.  Please do not park in the phone company parking lot on Friday.  They will tow you.  They are closed on Saturday, so feel free to park there then.  You may want to bring your own chair for comfort.  They have new chairs, but they still aren’t the most comfortable.

Sorry for the late notice about this seminar.  My wife’s father passed away last week and we’ve been dealing with that.

For those that want to put together a group of people, Denise, my daughter is speaking again about what she has been shown of the last days events.  Let us know if you want to put something together.  We look forward to seeing you at the seminar, it will be spectacular!

Thank you so much,

I need to correct one thing.  I told you all that the $30.00 for the conference in Fairview included the food.  It does not.  This is a very unusual restaurant.  Nobody working there takes money.  They do this to feed the poor in the neighborhood.  Of course we don't take a fee for what we do.  Our revenue comes from the tapes and books.  Contact Doug and make your reservations ASAP.  I promise you that you will be delighted with what Wayne brings with him.  If you have never heard me lecture and not just on the radio, it is very different.  You will get a chance to ask your questions as well.  There are times when very special things happen.  This is one of them.  You yet don't have any idea.  However, I can assure you that it will be one of those moments that will change your life.  Glenn

Re: [LAST DAYS] Herendair speaking in Northern Utah

Good to know!

The Igo's from Willard and Walt from BC are planning a car pool up, if anyone else is coming up from the south, they could be folded into the minivan here in Box Elder county for the rest of the distance.  Let me know.  We'll be leaving this neighborhood at 6pm.

The place is a really large, multi-storey, fancy care home, so it's hard to miss.  If anyone is familiar with Logan roads, you can bypass the mess that Main St is by taking a left (north) at 10th West (by a Flying J) and going all the way north to the end of the road where it ends at Airport road. (2500 N).  From there, go right (East) to 4th east and you can't miss it from there.

Guess we'll be meeting a few familiar names with unfamiliar faces!

Walt

as follows:

Pioneer Valley Lodge retirement center

Drive through Logan going north.
Go past Walmart and Kmart.
At 2200 North, turn right (east)
Go to 400 east and turn left.
The building is on the left hand side of the road. (west)
We can park on the road or across the road if the parking lot is full.

Because it is a retirement center, they have asked that we not bring
children.
Just inside the front door and to the right is where we will be meeting.
It will seat about 150 with the chairs they have there. Nice place.
Again, no children please.
We can stay as long as we want to ask questions. Please be on time.

Subject: Due to unforseen circumstances

Due to unforseen circumstances John Heinerman will not be speaking in Fairview.  I will be speaking in his stead.  I was hoping that I would get enough time to go through everything a bit at a time and still have some time for questions.  We also have developed for you something unique for this seminar.  I will explain it when you get there.

There are many of you who haven't taken the time to download the new classes for this month.  The one on Creation is my favorite ancient text.  You kind of have to sit in a dark room and use your mind to understand the text.  Then there is the Dadam and Mu-eve Class.  This is a perfect example of something that isn't perfect at all.  However, this Celtic story of Adam and Eve and the final chapter where the grandsons of Adam have to pull the sword from the stone, is a text that is rich in culture.  What they did was to mix the stories of former epochs of time with the Adam and Eve story and came out with a wonderful tale.  Obviously, this story has been around for two thousand years in its current form and is older than that in earlier formats.  Then there is the more factual Cave of the Treasures class.  The cave of the Treasures was the home for Adam and Eve after they left Paradise.  This ancient text comes to us out of the lands of the Arabs and was originally written in Arabic.  It is a very old tale indeed...older than our version of the bible.  This one is just amazing period.

We are looking forward to seeing you all.  I am out of pocket now untill I get home.  If you need to talk to me call Doug at 1-435-469-2294.  If you can't reach him call my son Chase at 480-332-4888.

Take the time to order the Classes via download or hard CD.  We will have all the CD's and books with us on tour.  We will fulfill orders when we get home.  Glenn  www.kimballcollege.com

Subject: Local banks in trouble

From Rich:
FWIW. On one of the LDS-oriented blog sites that I am on the following
two items were posted on 7/13:

"While standing in line at JC Penny's in the South Towne mall, a man and
a woman in the line in front of me were talking about Gunnison bank.
They said they were sitting on more than three million dollars worth of
bad real estate loans. Somehow they knew about this. They also
mentioned Moroni Feed Credit Union was probably going to close its'
doors too. Come to think of it, there have been a lot of businesses
closing in Sanpete. They mentioned that real estate there has really
started to come down, but I personally think prices in Sanpete have
been overly inflated for some time. I think this bad economy is finally
catching up to Utah. A close friend of mine that lives by Utah Lake
said there is only three houses on her block that are not in
foreclosure. This economy is very scary. I think we are headed for a
depression. We are truly living in the last days. Time to start burying
your money in your backyard. (ha ha) Seriously though, I wouldn't leave
it in the bank. Food storage, preparedness items (emphasis mine)
come to mind. God, bless us all.

"In doing research on the intenet, about banking, my son said that it looks like Zion's bank is shakey, as well.
As in the case of the second largest bank in America that just went under, I asked my husband what happens if all the banks go down. He said the Feds will just print more money and prop things up, for who knows how long.
We sold all our first crop hay to a local dairyman, for less than what we could possibly get by selling it to someone else. At least the dairyman was a sure buy. Most other people have been selling their horses and cattle because feed prices are so high. Most others are selling their hay for 190.00 a ton.
How long can things keep limping along?
I reminded my husband that we thought everything was going under, over 18 years ago, when we first started homeschooling. Everytime a nephew went out on a mission we held our breath, wondering if he would come back. When we sent our own son and daughter out on foreign missions we wondered the same. When our son left to Yap, we expressed our concerns because of the bad economy and world conditions. That was over 7 years ago. Back then our son said that it mattered not to him what happened if he was busy doing the Lord's work. Either way he would be taken care of. At least if he got stranded on the tropical island of Yap, it was practically paradise. :0)
I guess we are just suppose to be busily engaged in good causes, and whatever happens we learn to deal with day by day." (emphasis mine)

Dear friends and colleagues,

I have been invited to give a presentation at the Physics Dept. seminar of Utah Valley University on 10 Sept 2008, 4 pm, room PS-202.  You are invited; the talk will be video-taped I understand, but probably not professionally.

Here is the title and abstract:

9/11/2001:  Forbidden Questions, Explosive Answers
By Dr. Steven E. Jones
Seminar at Utah Valley University, 10 Sept. 2008

Why did three (not two) skyscrapers fall to the ground on 9/11 at near free-fall rates, killing thousands?   Why were numerous bone fragments found on a roof-top 600 feet away? Why did the National Inst. of Standards and Technology, charged by Congress to explain the collapses, concede to us, "…we are unable to provide a full explanation of the total collapse"[1]?  Why did NIST refuse to look for residues from explosives?  (We, however, did so using state-of-the-art methods and I will report results.)  What is the significance of red/gray chips found in the 9/11 dust?  What is super-thermite?  Who are the whistleblowers and what do they have to say?  Why were there no air defenses on 9/11?

For those who prefer a more "technical" abstract, here you go:  Scrutinizing dust samples collected shortly after the destruction of the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001, I observed numerous red-orange chips in the dust. Many of these chips showed a gray layer on one side and a red layer on the other side. We applied optical microscope, scanning-electron-microscope (SEM) and x-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (XEDS) methods to analyze these unusual "red/gray" chips. The chemical composition will be discussed. A flame test showed high reactivity of the chips with ejection of hot material; this and other tests differentiated the behavior of the red chips from that of paint samples. We consider some implications of these findings.

[Reading assignment:  [1]Journalof911Studies.com, especially the two refereed papers in mainstream journals linked in the opening paragraph.]

Best Regards,

Steve

UPDATE #5: CONTINENTAL CONGRESS 2009

Prep Tour: High Attendance and Crowd Energy

Next: El Paso, Phoenix & CA, See Revised Schedule

DIY Video Promotion Needed

Ed. note
: This update regards the upcoming historic Continental Congress 2009 event to be held in Philadelphia directly across from Independence Hall. As part of CC 2009, delegates selected by the People from each of the fifty states will convene to discuss the Government's ongoing violations of the Constitution and strategies the People can employ to peaceably curtail the abuse.  Although these violations have been widely debated for years, it is the Government's patent refusal to respond to any and all First Amendment Petitions for Redress that now compel the People to justly and actively resist the tyranny.

We strongly encourage our readers to review each of our
latest updates.  At a minimum, please be sure to read our "Summit Call" and "Line in the Sand" web articles
which provide a good overview of the constitutional crisis and CC 2009 initiative.

From the initial stops on the Continental Congress 2009 promotional tour, Bob Schulz reports that public interest in CC 2009 has been very successful with high attendance and crowd energy levels.

Schulz, Chairman of WTP Foundation, reported excellent turnouts at the San Antonio, Dallas and Lake Charles area meetings.  Schulz is headed west for a meeting Thursday evening in El Paso (Jan. 8th) and Friday evening in Phoenix (Jan. 9th).  Schulz then heads further west for California meetings this upcoming weekend.  See the meeting schedule for all the latest details, times, locations, etc.

Schulz reports that he was highly pleased to see a large contingent of younger patriots taking up the CC 2009 initiative.  At Saturday's meeting in San Antonio, eleven young activists representing "WeAreChangeSanAntonio.com" participated in the event, promising CC 2009 promotional effort, using both Internet-based tools as well as "old-school" methods.

Schulz hopes this is an early sign, ".that young Americans get it.  Like me, they seem to have Liberty flowing through their veins.  It was so encouraging to see them at the meeting and sharing the energy of Freedom. They know what's at stake and have chosen to stand with us and defend the Constitution."  Schulz hopes the group is a harbinger of much needed shift in the public's awareness regarding the constitutional crisis that now confronts the nation.

"DIY" Video Promotion Needed

Schulz is also calling for meeting attendees along the promotional tour route to create "do-it-yourself" video recordings of the full meetings and post them (or edited versions) to YouTube or Google video in order to foster viral awareness about CC 2009, as well as to provide multiple "backups" of the potent messages focusing on peaceful civil resistance that will lie at the heart of the history-making CC 2009 proceedings in Philadelphia later this winter.

Local Assistance Still Required Here and There

Those assisting in venue selection should coordinate their activities directly with Bob Schulz at bob@... and at 518-361-8153 (cell). Click here for the latest CC 2009 Prep Tour regional meeting schedule.

Click here for a Press Release you can use to bring attention to the CC 2009 project as well as your local regional promotional meeting. (.rtf format)

We suggest everyone use these materials in tandem to contact your local media announcing the CC 2009 regional promotional meetings.  The press release can be easily modified for the specific time/date/venue information regarding your local meeting.  Remember - Schulz's schedule is relatively fixed as to cities and dates. Efforts to seek advance publicity for CC 2009 local meetings should not be delayed, - no matter if/when specific time/location information is available.

You can contact your local media by going to this link and entering your zip code.  Be sure to UN-check the "include national media" links.  We'd like to arrange for local media interviews, coverage, etc within several days preceding each local event.

Donations Needed

We are pleased to report that the minimum amount needed to allow the Foundation to finalize its contract with the Constitution Center (directly across from Independence Hall) has been raised. Please remember however that the $14K advance payment only covers a minimum contract guarantee to reserve the facility itself for the minimal time frame, while the overall costs for hosting and promoting the full historic Liberty project will require significant additional funding beyond this.  Please be generous as you play an important role in manifesting the future history of the Republic. Remember that all donations to the WTP Foundation are fully tax deductible

We've set up a discussion list for the Utah patriots interested in the Continental Congress 2009 initiative.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/UT_CCongress09/

Pass this along to your UT patriot mailing lists and patriot friends and patriot associates.

We've also set up a temporary home page for the Utah group until the WeThePeopleCongress.org page can be built out.

This is a publicly editable site.  All you need to do is login through the upper right hand corner to edit the page.

Eventually, once we figure out how to use it, the official page will probably be:

Joel Skousen agreed to accept his nomination, with the caveat that he wants to be assured that the event will be productive.  I've posted his proposed agenda at the bottom of the above page.

Note the proposed deadlines:

Timeline:
Jan. 24, 2009, Deadline for Nominee submissions (complete info required)
Jan. 24 - Feb. 31, Round One Voting: select top six.
Feb. 1 - Feb. 8, Round Two Voting: select three
Feb. 9, 2009, the three Utah Delegates will be announced
Mar. 2, 2009, proposed date for the Continental Congress in D.C.

quoting from the page:

Joel Skousen Agenda

For decades, Joel Skousen has been studying the principles of freedom and their embodiment. While the Constitution is an inspired document and enabled a great leap forward in human progress by its adoption, it is not perfect. Joel has come up with a few needed modifications, additional provisions, additional elaboration of principles of freedom. Sterling Allan says that there is probably not another person on the planet who is as astute in these matters as Joel Skousen.

Allan would like to see the Continental Congress 2009 take Skousen's work as a starting point, make any amendments or additions as may be articulated in the convention, and adopt the new document as something to which all freedom loving individuals worldwide could rally. That would be the first and primary objective of the Congress.

The second objective Skousen sees for the Congress would be to set forth principles of a covenant community based on the constitutional principles, which could be implemented on any scale, whether it be a family, a few neighbors, a development, or an entire village, city, state or country. These would form a government on the side of freedom

He does not think that the income tax withholding protest outcome that Bob Schultz hopes for is a wise objective. Skousen argues in part that the ambiguity of the law and subtle obsfucation of the Constitution is probably intentional on the part of the conspirators running things to trip up Constitutionalists and jail them as they show their heads through disobedience.

On a personal note, I'd like to invite you to tune in to an interview I'm doing on Coast to Coast AM this next Monday evening for three hours, beginning at midnight (so actuall Tues. 00:00am Mountain)

Zions Bank to ready residents for pandemic
Coalville and Kamas » Branches to hand out emergency kits on Saturday
SALT LAKE TRIBUNE
FRIDAY
, March 6, 2009
If a flu pandemic or bioterrorism attack strikes the Wasatch Back, the Summit County Health Department wants residents to be ready.
As such, it is partnering with Zions Bank to pass out emergency medication disaster kits at bank drive-up lanes in Coalville and Kamas on Saturday. The exercise is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon at the two Zions branches, each located on the towns' Main streets.
To encourage people to participate, Zions Bank will give each child a $1 presidential coin. There also will be drawings for Jazz tickets, golf at Thanksgiving Point and 72-hour emergency kits.
The practice run for distributing antibiotics or anti-viral medication via drive-thru windows marks the first exercise of its kind in the nation.
It is funded by a grant from the Cities Readiness Initiative of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The bank's Coalville branch is at 5 S. Main Street, while the Kamas office is at 112 S. Main Street. Derek P. Jensen

HR 875 Would Essentially Outlaw Family Farms In The United States
Thursday, March 5, 2009
It was introduced by Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT 3rd) and has around 36 co-sponsors including Congressman Andre Carson (D-IN 7th) as of this writing. It immediately strikes me as being terribly bad legislation.

The Groundwork Has Already Been Laid for Martial Law
By John W. Whitehead - 3/4/2009
…
According to the Army Times, we now have at least 20,000 U.S. military troops deployed within our borders to "help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack."
…
What does all this mean for you and me, the average citizen? When and if martial law is declared, freedom, as we have known it, will be obsolete.

ITS TIME TO MAKE A RUN ON THE BANKS
Thursday, March 5, 2009
With the constant loss of Billions of dollars by the nations banks, and with the recent disclosure by the
FDIC Chairwoman that the FDIC DOES NOT have the funds to protect consumer deposits,
I
strongly suggest that Americans immediately remove your money from the banks, before the banks end up unable to give it to you. With the current infusion of Billions of Tax Payer dollars into the likes of Citibank, Bank of America et.al. and their continued uncontrollable hemorrhaging, Americans need to remove their money from these banks now.
Think about it, if the American people withdrew every dime they have deposited in these banks, the banks would have no choice but to start thinking about the consumer and serving the consumer if they plan on staying in business.
America needs to do a RUN on all the banks and put every dime they can into GOLD or other items to protect themselves and their families. If the banks do not want to lend the consumer money, then the consumer needs to withdraw its deposits from the Banks.
These Banks will get the message when America Runs on the Banks and withdraws it money in cash.

Dear Friends of God and Ezekiel Conference Attendees,

Back in January of this year John Bayley met in Blue Springs, Missouri, with four representatives of the Midwest Minister's Fellowship, and four local followers and supporters of Mr. Bayley's ministry.

The purpose of this meeting was to listen to and evaluate charges of sexual immoral conduct brought against Mr. Bayley by members of his own local ministry chapter known as "Friends of God."

Attached is a summary of that meeting.

Salt Lake Tribune will be held culpable in vaccine scam if they don't stop participating in the unfounded hype

Re: http://www.google.com/search?q=h1n1+site:www.sltrib.com

Dear Editor of the Salt Lake Tribune,

I understand that as a news agency, it is your obligation to report on major vaccine developments, but it seems to me that so far your coverage has been one-sided, favoring the official line (aka propaganda).

I am hereby putting you on notice that the H1N1 vaccine being disseminated by the government is a dangerous, not-adequately-tested, toxic-agent-containing mixture, and is all part of a royal scam being propagated by eugenicists who have infiltrated our government to reduce our population, make them more docile, and bring about a police state ruled by the emerging draconian New World Order. Also, some of the seasonal flu vaccine being administered contains the same H1N1 elements.

Everything I just stated is thoroughly documented, and even published in bits and pieces in the mainstream press as well as in scientific journals.

For you to participate in the scam by publishing stories intended to encourage people to take the vaccine, thus participating in the unfounded hype, makes you party to the scam, and you will be held accountable when all of this comes adequately to light and justice comes to bear.

Stop promoting the hoax or you will be culpable, as you are hereby being publicly put on notice. By hereby informing you (if you didn't already know), we know that you now know, and if you continue, you will be prosecuted -- if not on earth, then at the judgment bar of God.

Wake up and stop participating in the destruction of our free society.

Below are some references to give you a sampling of the documentation. The Merck & Co story, from a mainstream newspaper in Australia, should be enough of a heads up that you can relate to, to warrant assigning at least one of your writers to investigate the assertions I made above -- which no doubt will sound radical on their face -- to see that they are well-documented and very serious.

There are millions of Americans and others around the world who agree with the sentiments I have stated above. This is not an obtuse conspiracy theory. It is factually based and crucially important to the maintenance of our Republic. There will be many deaths and maimings (e.g. seizures, serious illnesses, autism, tumors, impairment of the immune system, dulling of the mind) as a result of the H1N1 vaccine. There already have been major problems from doses administered already, including to some soldiers in the military. People need to know that there are credible and serious scientists warning about these threats. At the same time, the government has passed legislation relieving itself from any lawsuits if things should go bad with the vaccination.

Meanwhile, there are many natural, readily-available seasonal flu antidotes, such as Vitamin D-3 and Colloidal Silver, that the same cabal that is pushing the H1N1 scam has been suppressing, keeping it out of mainstream media, imposing labeling constraints, and even trying to remove it from the shelves.

Do your job as journalists, and get to the truth, and stop acting like government stooges, for which you will be held accountable.

And as long as you act like government stooges, stop wondering why alternative media is taking over while you are losing readership.  It's about the truth and being brave in your reporting, and not acting like New World Order lap dogs.

Sincerely,

A sampling of articles of note:

  • Ten Swine Flu Lies Told by the Mainstream Media Mike Adams | The media has in every way contributed to the widespread ignorance of the American people on the subject of vitamin D and natural immune-boosting defenses that could reduce swine flu fatalities.
  • Vioxx maker Merck and Co drew up doctor hit list - An international drug company made a hit list of doctors who had to be "neutralised" or discredited because they criticised the anti-arthritis drug the pharmaceutical giant produced, which causes heart attacks and strokes. [This same company is presently licensed for vaccine distribution in the U.S.]. (The Australian; Apr. 1, 2009)
  • Genocidal Pandemic Charges Filed with FBI in NYC - Drug-industry investigators have uncovered documents exposing an international drug ring, operating from New York City, is behind the H1N1 swine flu fright and vaccination preparations. Evidence has been released in legal affidavits that leaders of a private global biotechnology trust are behind the pandemic flu, including its origin and alleged prevention via vaccinations.
