well, I guess this group is not very active.
Anyway, the guy who sold the lathe to me found the chuck key so all is well
except that the speed potentiometer needs replacement. Will see how to tackle
that, it seems to be soldered on a pcb which is difficult to remove because it
also has the on-off switch soldered to it and also fixed to the enclosure.
