While there is no precise definition of a progressive libertarian, they tend to
Hold a predominantly libertarian view of individual rights and support the entire Bill
of Rights.
A responsible and peaceful transition toward liberty: cut welfare starting with cutting corporate
welfare rather than first cutting the social safety net.
Finding a means of preventing over-concentrated control of resources, while protecting a
person's right to own the products of his or her own efforts, and the right of voluntary
association and voluntary trade.
Believe that individual actions can have broader consequences that are too damaging to
deal with only after the fact. (e.g. pollution)

Civil behavior is a must (eg no insults, threats, ad hominems,
or obscenity)
Stay on topic. This list is for progressive libertarians.
Although this is a subjective term, disruptive posts from people who obviously
don't fit with the discussion may be asked to leave.
No "flooding" the list with posts. Everyone has other
things to do than wade through excessive posts.
No solicitation.
No excessive cross-posting. One or two additional addresses on occassion is OK, but neither constant cross-posting nor cross-posting to several addresses is allowed.
