live  from the FedEx Forum in Memphis.


The PPV broadcast will also include outstanding undercard bouts
featuring FRANK MIR, along with KENNY FLORIAN, and CLAY GUIDA.

we expect strong commercial piracy, when Tito ortiz makes his heralded
return to the Octagon to face Forrest Griffin in a much anticipated
rematch in UFC 106, live from the Mandalay Bay Events Center, in Las
Vegas.  The PPV show also features josh koscheck vs. anthony johnson,
and other top-notch MMA bouts.



In addition, being broadcast simultaneously is the latest installment of
the SUPER SIX WORLD BOXING CLASSIC, featuring WBA Champion MIKKEL
KESSLER and US Olympic Gold Medalist, ANDRE WARD, live on PPV from the
Oracle Arena, in Oakland.



Because piracy of each event may be documented independently by your
agents, this Saturday provides an uncommon opportunity for investigators
to conduct covert surveillance (because investigators who identify
locations exhibiting both  events will be paid double for their
efforts).
