The purpose of this group is to discuss end-times prophecy from the perspective of the PREWRATH RAPTURE view. According to this view, the rapture occurs after the opening of the sixth seal but before the outpouring of God's wrath during the Day of the Lord. This places the Second Coming of Christ and the rapture of the Church sometime between the midpoint of the 70th Week and the end of the Week. These points are not open for debate. Other views on the details of chronology and parallel passages can be discussed in order to fine-tune our ideas. GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPATING in the group:
1. The Bible is the only source for understanding prophetic truths. Use of other sources, such as private inspiration or direct revelation, is not acceptable. See policy statement RE translations debate: files section.
2. Questions about non-prophetic topics is allowed to provide information and clarification of various views, but extensive debate on these "side" issues will not be allowed.
HOWEVER: All off topic subjects can be discussed in the OFF TOPIC group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PreWrath-OffTopic/.
3. Discussion about prewrath vs. other rapture views will be allowed for clarification, but the prewrath rapture view itself is not open for debate.
4. Other truths that are recognized as basic to this group and not subject to debate:
* Premillennialism.
* Futuristic interpretation of Revelation. The 70th week of Daniel is YET future.
* CIVILITY is paramount. The moderators will not allow name calling, ridicule, sarcasm, or abusive language. Posts violating these rules will be removed and, if those making such posts ignore warnings from the moderators, they will be banned.
