PRESERVE NEW ORLEANS is a moderated discussion group in which those wishing to preserve the rich architectural and cultural heritage of the city can exchange views, ideas, and information about issues post Hurricane Katrina. Access is open to the public but membership must be approved by the moderator.

The goal of PRESERVE NEW ORLEANS is to act as a catalyst for engaging state leaders, community leaders and others in an ongoing dialog about the restoration of neighborhoods after Katrina. PRESERVE NEW ORLEANS is designed to create a community in which members can mutually benefit from their shared knowledge and experiences in the recovery effort.
