Description

Welcome to the Yahoo! Group of the Presidential Honors Society at the University at Albany - State University of New York. The Presidential Honors Society (or PHS) is the largest honor society and community service organization on campus, performed thousands of hours of community service a year. Undergraduate students at UAlbany who attain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.75 are invited to PHS. PHS members are required to perform 15 hours of community service a semester (either on their own or through one of our many organized projects), submit $5 in dues a semester (to pay for certain projects and meeting expenses), as well at maintain a 3.5 cumulative GPA.

This group is used to maintain a database of service hours for our members, as well as track dues paid, and meetings attended. Our main website is located at http://www.albany.edu/pres_honor
