Terms of Service

Rule # 1 Always practice the golden rules.

By joining this joining this group you are agreeing to the terms of service. I agree to hold the owner, moderators or associated volunteers harmless for the behavior of others. I also agree to hold them harmless in case of injury while attending group activities or activities announced through POHF.

This group is open to homeschool parents of any race, religion & of varying political views. Therefore tread lightly on religious & political topics. Simple expressions of faith or patriotism are fine. Be tolerant of other peoples’ views. Don’t use opportunities to argue. Arguments will be quickly deleted. There are plenty of other groups available for those type discussions. Focus on preparedness, not finger pointing.

Associate members will be allowed with moderator’s approval. These are individuals that are not members of homeschool families but have knowledge to share with our group.

No spamming & no arranging of sales. I will give members an opportunity to post their prepping related businesses once a month. Ad space will become available at some point. These are the only times that self promotion of your business is allowed unless otherwise announced by the moderator.

No threatening, rude, racist, sexually explicit, or inflammatory comments allowed.

I will not hesitate to ask anyone that demonstrates a tendency to ignore rules to leave the group. The moderator &/or owner retain the right to expel anyone from POHF membership & activities at will.
