Prayer for Those Called - this list is for prayer support especially for priests, those in religious life, seminarians, those discerning a call to the religious life or a call to an apostolate. Father John Hardon wisely told us once: A vocation is a special grace that God gives to certain people to serve Him in the priesthood or the religious life. He gives this grace, as Christ Himself told us, in answer to prayer. Whose prayer for whom? The prayer of the faithful for others; the prayer of the faithful for certain persons; and the prayer of individuals for themselves.

Jesus once said that the harvest is great but the workers are few. I hope you will join me here to pray for those who are out there answering the Lord's call.

This list is especially dedicated to St. Jean Vianney,the Cure of Ars, special patron of priests, and to St. Benedict, patron of those in religous life.
