Here is the home of USB2SDR and you can find support for the companion application PowerSDR-IQ
PowerSDR-IQ is a freeware Software Defined Radio application for homebrew SDR transceiver designs.
Based on FlexRadio™ PowerSDR™ SVN, is including modifications to support homebrew SDR designs, kits, projects and various interfaces (LPT,USB, Microchip etc) to control them.
Here we can exchange ideas and help each other on the challenge of hardware and software integration of Amateur Radio and SDR.

The latency is largely caused by the way Micr$oft Windoze handles sound. Suported Cards using ASIO drivers that bypass the Windoze sound routines eg FA-66

Difference between K3 running PowerSDR-IQ and running a Flex 5000
I've only seen a Flex 5000 used one time but was really impressed with the filtering abilities. Can someone explain what differences there are using a Flex
