Post Carbon SF gathers monthly to discuss issues related to the depletion of cheap energy sources (oil, gas, coal) and the ramifications that may have on the way we will live.

Some specific functions of our group will be to:
1) Provide support for eachother as we grasp the ever-broadening implications of depletion.
2) Share learning between eachother - Possibly someone will do a presentation at each meeting.
3) Provide a network of people and resources that will facilitate any group activities or spin-off interests.
4) Become advocates for energy efficiency and other approaches for constructively dealing with depletion.
5) Generate more public awareness through events, screenings, media, and even personal contacts.
