FINANCIAL REPORTS ENDING JUNE 30, 2008

ALL owners in the 30, 60 or 90 day columns of the [Accounts Receivable
Report OR Delinquent Report) ending June 30, 2008 are to be sent to
collection in accordance with the timelines of the collection policy,
including but not limited to recording a lien against the property

Resignation of the Board Member
Maintenance & Repair Follow-Up-CIMS

NEXT MEETING: The next meeting will be on October 23, 2008. The
location of the meeting will be determined at July meeting.
