Description
The Polymer Currency Club is a club devoted to the study and promotion of the ever-growing field of Polymer and Tyvek currency, as well as a forum for discussion, trading, swaping, and things that any other club does. Polymer currency is a collecting field that has been growing constantly since Australia first issued the A$10 commemorative note in January 1988. Since then, more and more nations have issued polymer currency in one or more denominations. Also, in the early 1980's, American Bank Note Company issued notes made of Tyvek for Costa Rica (20 Colones - Series Z) and Haiti (All denominations), as well as Bradbury & Wilkinson, Ltd. (Isle of Man 1 Pound, which the material was refered to as "Bradvek"). Membership in the Polymer Currency Club is free and open to everyone!
