The disciplines of construction management, construction economics, project management, quantity surveying, and construction software applied in Greek projects are included amongst the Network of PM-Greece (Project Managers in Greece) yahoo group membership.

The PM-Greece yahoo group was established in 2001 by Dr. John-Paris Pantouvakis, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Construction Engineering & Management, National Technical University of Athens to link together people from Universities, Contractors, Construction Management Companies, Specialized Software Houses etc with an active interest in the application of project management in Greece.

Since 2005, PM-Greece is legally established in Greece as a non profit scientific association (PM-Greece Association - http://www.pmgreece.gr). PM-Greece yahoo group and PM-Greece Association are two distinct, yet inter-related entities. Membership of the PM-Greece yahoo group does not automatically entitles you to PM-Greece Association membership.

PM-Greece yahoo group membership is free and open to anybody concerned. Members should be of known identity (name, surname, affiliation) and contact details (address, telephone, e-mail) and cannot be expelled members from the PM-Greece Association. Posting messages is subject to approval by the group moderator.

For PM-Greece Association membership relevant education and/or experience is required plus a strong commitment to be involved formally in the process of developing project management as a discipline in Greece.
