PdP is body music.

PdP have been blurring musical boundaries for 14 years. Under the direction
Frank Orrall - the band’s founder, singer, songwriter, and principle musical
visionary - the 13 member group takes musical journeys through clubland
textures, lush sprawling piano and string meditations, and the silkiest of
rhythms. PdP are renowned for their floor-filling multi-media live shows,
including collaborations with many respected artists and musicians.

Since its inception in Hawaii more than a decade ago, a single constant has
persisted throughout PdP’s musical journey: the groove. By staying true to
his natural creative process, Orrall has carved out an immovable foundation
for his music. Since settling in Chicago in 1992, PdP has been increasingly
immersed in the city’s rich house music underground. Even with its
heavy-duty instrumental arsenal (including woodwinds, strings, keyboards, and
percussion) and stylistic diversity, PdP’s music retains the openness and
freedom that house music celebrates.
