This is the new Pinoy Atheists group. This is a community of Filipino atheists who want release from the everyday bullshit of religion, superstitions, and supernatural claptraps. This is not a list for religious debates. So if you are looking for a place to slug it out with atheists on the existence of God, Bible/Koran inerrancy, defense of the supernatural, etc. then this is not the place for you. We recommend the Philippine Atheist Debate Forum and the Pinoy Bible Debunkers Forum if such is what you are looking for.

With that said, theists are still welcome if they only wish to discuss matters under a secular, naturalistic, scientific view point. The forum is also open for deists, pantheists, agnostics, liberal Christians and other freethinking individuals so long as they keep in mind the context of discussions that are allowed here.

Forum Rules and Clarifications

The list is not a religious debate list. Only people interested in a secular, no-gods perspective debates and discussions may join.

The list is a community of non-believers who wants to find refuge from the god soaked society that we, especially Filipinos, are in. So rants against and mockery of religions, gods, and goddesses are to be expected and is therefore allowed.

No personal attacks and threats are allowed to fellow members of the list.

No preaching. Preaching involves telling us that we are going to hell or damned if we do not agree with the preacher or worship their gods. Or telling us that we should change our infidelic ways for the glory of god (for those who do not have any hell - Universalists, Jehovah's Witnesses etc.) Also, promoting a morality based on a supernatural being's decree. None of these are allowed. Words of wisdom and proverbial quotes from holy books can be tolerated if it actually makes sense, secularly.
