Phoenix Trans Men is a group for ALL trans men in the Metro-Phoenix area (but will connect with trans men everywhere). This group is for anyone who transgresses the societal definition of man. It is not just for transsexuals or transgendered men but also for anyone who self-identifies as a man either full or part-time, regardless of T-status or desired “procedures”.

It is the belief of the group creator (Nicholas Love) that being a man has very little to do with the shell (the body) of your being, and everything to do with how you see yourself, therefore you, yourself, choose your gender – male, female, both or none and the countless other gender-variant “choices” that our polar, dual-gender society has yet to recognize. It is this belief that will be supported here and encouraged within the group. (Have an issue with this? Pick another group.)

We will discuss topics that many in the T-community regard as taboo or just plain rude. This group is for men meaning that we will discuss topics that relate to being a man and masculinity. No topic is off-limit. If we cannot share with each other with respectful support and advice, how will we ever create change and acceptance?

We will use this list as our primary way to communicate with each other to offer support and advice. We will be scheduling meetings and social events to further share and join together as a community.
