Group for ideas exchange between philosophy teachers, open for general thought.
International Association of Scientific Philosophy:
"Many people think that philosophy is inseparable of speculation. They believe that philosophers cannot use methods that establish the knowledge, the knowledge of facts or of logical relations, and that he must speak a language not verifiable; in short that the philosophy is not a science. I try to establish the opposite thesis. I hold that the philosophical speculation is a temporary phase. To say it briefly: I have the intention to demonstrate that the philosophy started with speculation to arrive to science".
"The scientific philosophy tries to come to conclusions as precise and as sure as the results of the science. It insists that the problem of the truth must appear inside the philosophy in the same sense that in the sciences. It does not try to possess an absolute truth, which existence it denies for the empirical knowledge. The new philosophy is in itself empirical and is satisfied with the empirical truth".
Hans Reichenbach, Rise oh the Scientific Philosophy
