We are the Philippine Real Estate Group organized especially for private parties seeking to sell their property and for buyers seeking to buy from private owners.

No real estate professionals are allowed on this group.

Our primary interest include: (a) buying and selling real estate between private parties, building a new home and working with contractors, and(c) Philippine law as it relates to property.

We welcome any real estate related topic including legal questions, finding a good contractor or acting as your own, getting building and other permits, dealing with electric, water and telephone companies, or any subject closely related to buying and selling real estate in the Philippines.

We also openly discuss the frustrations and anger we feel in dealing with various real estate problems we encounter in the Philippines. We even bitch and moan about the way things are done here so if you don't want to read about what frustrates us, do not try to join our group! In fact, we beg you to stay away because we especially want to exclude sensitive folks who are easily offended by our crude messages.

Offering your property for sale or asking questions about the availability of property you wish to buy are invited. The two most important parts of posting buy/sell messages is to put the LOCATION of the property in the subject line and your asking price in the body of the message. Messages that do not meet this requirement will be deleted without discussion.
