I was wondering what happened to the ARES net that was scheduled for Sun. 08/24/2008. I was listening and nothing ever came on. Did I miss something??? Dan

Hi Joe! In addition to the list in the other reply, I would suggest an LED flashlight and a multitool (Leatherman, etc.) I also like the Fisher "Space Pens"

Joe, There are many ways of approaching a go-pack. The triatholn is fairly short event (less than 8 hr). Spare battery for HT. Water for you. Notepad/pencil.
