Aussie Deaf Kids and Phidcoz (Parents of Hearing Impaired and Deaf Children in Australia) membership is for parents of hearing impaired and deaf children living in Australia. Their children can have a range of hearing loss and use different forms of communication. This is a forum for Australian parents to discuss issues, ideas and concerns about any aspect of their deaf or hearing impaired child's life and receive feedback, advice or empathy from other parents.

We would like this to be a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Parents are the best advocates for their child and we should respect the choices made by each parent for their child. This is a way that we can get together to ensure that our children have happy fulfilled lives despite their hearing loss.
