PERSWatch is an email group, moderated by James McRitchie, to share information on CalPERS. Our primary focus has been to ensure fair Board elections, that CalPERS follows legal requirements such as the Administrative Procedure Act, and that CalPERS considers environmental, social and governance factors as it invests and votes its shares.
