Morning Phil- You would typically use a completion checkbox on the form to remove the records, (cascading if you have subforms). The user ticks the box when

I can't see any easy way to do what you want to do. There are a few ways to sum *all* of the items in a field, but no easy or obvious ways to do the equivalent
