this group is catered more for Pelangi Utama (formerly known as Pelangi Damansara 2)'s Phase 2 residents, owners and tenants only.

The fact that both Pelangi Utama Phase 1 and Phase 2 have their own separate enclosure and management is the main reason why Phase 2 residents should have their own internet group to discuss matters solely to Phase 2.

This can also then be a platform for a future Residents Association.
