Welcome to the Peduel egroup

An egroup is more than a mailing list. It archives all mailings that go out to the list. It also allows sharing of files, such as telephone list or guard duty, and also to have a joint calender of events.

Please read ALL the info here.

Please refrain from sending junk mail to the list. Send only those items that you feel will interest everyone. If I feel this list is being abused I will turn it into a moderated list which means that I will monitor the mails going out to the list.

Please do not send large attachments to the group. (I would put the limit at 100K). For those people who have slow lines, downloading large unneccesary files is very aggravating. If you have a large file that you think will interest others, put in the file section. This will automatically notify the list that a new file has been placed with instructions on how to download it.

To access additional features, such as files of the group, one needs a personal Yahoo ID connected to their yahoogroups email address. Here's what you need to do:

1. Getting a yahoo id (it's free) - go to http://edit.yahoo.com/config/eval_register ,fill out the form and submit it. Follow any other instructions. You now have a yahoo id and password.

2. Connecting your yahoo id and your yahoogroups email address - Go to http://groups.yahoo.com/memwiz . Enter the email addresses you use in yahoogroups. It will then search for the groups you are in and connect them to your yahoo id.

You can now access the group features with your Yahoo ID. Just go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/peduel/ .
