Description

Patoka Township is on the northwest corner of Marion County, with two villages, Patoka, founded in 1854, and Vernon, which was laid out 1872.

This group is for genealogical research.

Our photo section has photos of Patoka and Vernon. Photos of Patoka Township families. The files section has the history of the Villages of Patoka and Vernon. There are maps, old and new, of Patoka Township in the files section. Family histories are in the files section. Feel free to add your own family history/genealogy. Please only use rich text format (rtf) in your downloads. That way everyone can read them.
