This group is established to support the activities of organizations, including the Interference Committee of the AIPLA, charged with improving the substantive laws and procedures generally relating to specialty patent matters in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. These matters include but are not limited to patent interferences and anticipated post grant oppositions and cancellations.
