Welcome! My name is Laurie Nitschke and I am a certified Holistic Health Practitioner. I am also a mother to 5 children, two of whom have been adopted with serious emotional and behavioral issues.
This group is designed for two purposes:
1) For those who are concerned with their nutrition and health. You will receive articles, recipes, monthly FREE newsletters and more.
2) Many families are struggling with special needs children. Support and advice can help tremendously. Also there are nutritional aspects that can help many of these children.
Note: The monthly newsletters contain articles, recipes, fitness, disorders, essential oils and more.
