The Montgomery County NAACP Parents' Council Listserv is comprised of persons interested in improving the education of African American students in Montgomery County Public Schools (Maryland). The members are advocates for students with two primary goals: share information with parents/guardians to enable them to be more knowledgeable about the school system and how it impacts the academic development of their children and, second, analyze performance data to determine how well the schools are meeting the needs of our students.
