PANinA stands for Peace And Nonviolence IN Appalachia - or any other geographic region that starts with the letter A. So far, we have been active in Abingdon (VA), Asheville (NC), Atlanta (GA), and Ashley (River, Charleston, SC). PANinA is a nonsectarian, transpartisan group of activists who use their talents and other resources to help support proactive, nonviolent social change. We long to co-create an enlightened world for humanity and to transform the relationship between humanity and our beautiful blue-and-green Earth. We seek to apply Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication (NVC) model of interaction in a context of Dynamic Self-Governance as we pursue our vision.
