This group is dedicated solely to the detection, investigation and, if possible, the elimination of scams against expats in Panama. This is not a group for bochinche or rants, but rather for those who have hard solid evidence which should be pursued in this endeavor. The photo is of the biggest scammer of all in Panama, our very own "Dr" Jerry Hall who for over 5 years has been representing himself in Panama as being an attorney with a JD from Harvard School of Law, having a PhD in psychology from Columbia University, having access to "secret" government criminal files and holding many titles with so called prestigious organizations. All of which have been proven to be false and the so called prestigious organizations are nothing more than "pay to play" groups which he has founded.
