The Rowan Pafford Family Reunion is held each year on the FIRST Sunday of September. The weekend activities (Saturday and Sunday) could take place on the last day of August or in September.

The location is the Springhead United Methodist Church, Springhead Church Road, Willacoochee, Atkinson County, GA. The family cemetery is located right behind the church.
