This group is NOT officially connected to the Pacifica Foundation in any way and is set up to be a self-help resource for the members of the Pacifica Foundation.
--- Pacifica Bylaws establish Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised as the parliamentary authority governing the Foundation (Art. 16). The rules of the section on "Decorum in Debate" of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised (RONR 10th p. 379, l. 23 to p. 382, l. 12) will govern the conduct of discussions in this group.

Questions may be asked in the hypothetical. Anyone may attempt to answer another’s question, bearing in mind that the best answers are those that provide the citation to Robert’s Rules, the Bylaws, or the California Corporation Code as applicable.
